Monthly Rentals in Bear Grass

This cottage was a awesome!!! Close to everything in town but quite enough to spend quality time reading and praying. LOVED the back porch!!! The host was wonderful. I will definitely do this trip again.

Would recommend staying here if you are in town. Beautiful ride out to the house. Very unique town and safe. Would absolutely stay here again if I am in town again!

This was our second time staying at Nathaniel's Place and it was every bit as good as the first. Easy to get into, clean and orderly, absolutely beautiful property, and centrally located close to Winterville, Greenville, and Washington. We loved the relaxing grounds and spending time outside on the front porch between our day trips and we even made a friend with the local Kitten on the property. We had one issue when we got there- when my Wife hopped into the Shower there was no hot water. A call to Nathaniel/Norma and we heard back about 40 minutes later and they sent someone over immediately and remedied the issue. That's great Customer Service. We will be returning to the area in the future and we will definitely be staying at the El Sabino again. Thanks again for everything!
