Beach house holiday rentals in Beadnell

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Also loved the tie sofa! The centre of Seahouses and the coastal path were in very easy reach.

We had not been to the area before but were delighted with the accommodation and with Cullercoats. The cottage was stylish and luxurious, ticking all the boxes for a really comfortable bed, great shower, well-equipped, excellent kitchen and everything you needed for a short stay or a longer one. The upstairs ensuite bedroom had a lovely sea view and was really peaceful. The downstairs double room and separate bathroom were practical as we had family visiting. The neighbourhood was quiet and friendly and the location was superb - the cottage was minutes from the beach, a small supermarket and the Metro. You could walk from the door into Whitley Bay or Tynemouth. The beach was excellent and we swam in the sea. The coastal pathway between Whitley Bay and North Shields with its separate cycle lanes will be a wonderful asset and parts of it are already completed. We settled in really well and very quickly and were a bit sad to leave. Thank you to Vikki.

We stayed here for 5 nights - Rosemary was the ideal host - super helpful before we arrived and always available for any questions you have. The property is excellently located in the centre of cullercoats and only a 2 min walk to the metro station. The property has lots of Character and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you Rosemary for a wonderful stay!

Had a brilliant time at Jon’s place. It is truly beautiful and immediately comfortable too - we settled in very quickly and slept so well in the enormous beds! Jon is a friendly and welcoming host, and was super-helpful with local recommendations and travel tips. Great area, plenty of history and some interesting little shops and eateries. We travelled by train - an easy 10-15 minute walk either through the town or along by the river. Wonderful base if you’re exploring the Northumberland coast or heading into south east Scotland. We did both, and hope to return! Definitely recommended.

Exquisite interior design that really added to the stay; hot tub was an absolute delight at the end of each day; location superb; enjoyed sitting at the rock pools watching dolphins - a true blessing; local amenities perfect; loved the proximity to the sea which meant I could have safe evening walks admiring the sunset and enjoying the peaceful sea views at night. Wowzers! Absolutely spectacular accommodation! Booked myself and 5 friends for a 40th Boozy and Boujee birthday and this place did not disappoint. Finished to an unbelievably high spec, the place was modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would say like home from home however I could only ever dream of having such a beautiful palace. Everything we needed was provided. Location superb and plenty bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Stunning views and the beach is just round the corner. We hit on lucky with weather and enjoyed a meal sat in the sunshine at Sambuccas then it was just a short ferry ride over to South Shields to go to the fairground. Raymond is a delightful host, super responsive and nothing was a bother. We couldn't get the TV to work so he sent someone round while we were out to fix it and even messaged to say he left some music on for when we got in. We 100% recommend Hilights View and we will be back again! Thanks Raymond, you are a star!

What an absolutely lovely place to stay. Unbeatable location, the views from every window across the bay and stunning walks right outside the door, including the pier walk. The directions for getting to the place and inside were spot on, and the house is clean, well stocked and cozy with everything you need for a peaceful, secluded week away. The views from the balcony were great, and even better with the provided binoculars. Its very peaceful but is only a few minutes walk from central Berwick with an amazing coffee shop and local bakery. Absolutely amazing stay. Without doubt will stay again.

A second stay at Abaft Cottage with my elderly mother. With so much going on in the harbour and a perfect vantage point through the big picture windows, it is ideal. As before the house was spotlessly clean, well appointed and Alex was helpful and friendly. I hope we will return.

A lovely old cottage in a peaceful part of Seahouses and just a 15 minute walk to the beach. My family and I (including a black Labrador) thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend at Seb's Sea House. Instructions prior to arrival about how to access the property and recommended local attractions, walks, restaurants etc were extremely helpful and having access to the local 'Spa Club' (including gym and swimming pool) was a real bonus. The layout of the cottage and facilities were perfect for our needs and the recent refurbishments to the property including a new kitchen and second shower room were excellent. We love this area of Northumberland and look forward to returning in the near future.

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

Truly amazing views, exceeding our expectations. Fun and friendly site and space for our grandson too. Perfect host and a simply special place for a total break away from the city noise. Thank You ⭐️

We had a lovely break. The position of the caravan overlooking the sea is one of the best on the site and it had everything we needed. We’d very happily go back for another stay.

Had a lovely stay at Tumbler Rocks. The house suited our group size and young children perfectly. It was very comfortable, clean and cosy with high chairs, stair gates and a cot. The location was great too with Seahouses a short distance on foot (and stunning views along the way!) There were great options of things to do further afield too!

We loved our stay at Signal House. House is absolutely beautiful. It’s in such a lovely location with fantastic views along the coastline. Easy to walk into Amble or along coastal path in both directions. House amazing, spotlessly clean. We hope to come back some time. Thankyou Tracey for a great stay x

Lovely stay in Whitley Bay at Claire’s caravan. On the edge of the park closest to the sea so great views of the coast and lighthouse. We were lucky with the sunsets - they were beautiful! Recommended!

Our first Air BnB, what a great experience, we were so impressed by Judith's thoughtfulness, lots of little touches that we weren't expecting, she set a very high standard for anywhere else we stay! Thoroughly recommend staying there, perfect little base with everything you need, parking was a little tight if you have a big car but that's it, no faults, very happy, planning on staying next year for definite. Thank you Judith, we relaxed and really enjoyed ourselves xx

From initial enquiry to check out, Martin and Maria were easy to communicate with, friendly and professional. The bungalow is beautifully situated, with plenty of parking. On entering, it was spotlessly clean with every facility we could have wished for and was even bigger and better than the photos. Great sea views from the conservatory and lounge and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The huge lounge was lovely and when the evening turned chilly, the efficient heating soon warmed us. Beds and bedding were comfortable and loads of hot water for great showers. Well equipped kitchen and very handy to have huge fridge and freezer. We found that it was easy to get to all the places on our ‘to do’ list - Puffin/seal watching boat trip, Barter Books, endless fabulous beaches, great pubs, lovely walks. Would definitely recommend this lovely place and thank Martin and Maria for their hospitality. Would not hesitate to book again if we are lucky enough to return.

The cottage is beautifully presented , and everything looks new. The kitchen has everything you need from the washer to fridge freezer. The bed is huge and so comfortable. I've had amazing night's sleep. The surrounding area is so quiet especially at night as there is no traffic. Anna was there to meet us and is lovely. She is very friendly and gave us lots of info around the surrounding area. Definitely recommend the cottage and the area

Lovely place, one of cleanest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was very well stocked as well. Clearly recently refurbished and nice decor. Comfortable bed and pillows. Parking on street was very easy. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at Poppy's place with three generations of our family- there was plenty of space for everyone and the perfect set up to spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed the view of the gardens through the large french windows from the living/dining area. Location was great too- only a few minutes walk to the town and the harbour. Great fish and chips and a wonderful boat trip to visit the puffins and the seals. Can recommend!

Great cottage, good location.

Excellent accomodation - would strongly recommend for any couple staying in Northumberland Coast. Extremly clean and well - equipped and bigger than we expected.

Although we only stayed for 1 night, we found Joanne’s house to be very clean and tastefully renovated. It was very well equipped to a high standard and we immediately felt at home. Being able to park outside, either at the front or rear was very useful. Less able people may find the steep and narrow staircase a challenge, but there were two secure bannisters which made things easier. Joanne was very accommodating when we had to change our dates and she was also sympathetic when we found it necessary to leave early. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to our friends.
