I went with my family and we loved everything! Eveline is very attentive, careful, before, during and after the stay. As for the location, "whoever has a mouth, goes to Rome! ". And with GPS, you can get anywhere. Very quiet and safe. The girls who work at the condo are wonderful and welcoming. My apartment was on the ground floor, brand new, very clean, cozy and has everything you need, including internet and Netflix. The outdoor area is a delight and with accessibility. Unfortunately, I had to return earlier, but I am very grateful for the attention given by Eveline and the affection of Maria and her sister. I hope to be back soon!!!

Cozy apartment, great location, in addition to the seaside fair that is in front, several restaurants, gas stations and market all very close, very organized and I needed assistance for the Internet and Jairo gave assistance. The street can be a little noisy but just close the door that seals the sound well, doors seal the street light well inside the property too, I highly recommend the accommodation.

For those who are visiting Fortaleza for the first time, the location is close to one of the best beaches in Fortaleza, Praia do Futuro, which is only good during the day, but it is far from everything else, the center, the other beaches. Other than that, everything is great.

Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

The house is a well located, close to the square, church, commerce, beach, we managed to do everything on foot, the friendly neighborhood, the host always ready to answer our questions and help us. The house is old, spacious, has a garage, it is noticed that it is newly renovated and prepared to meet the needs of those who inhabited it. The kitchen is super equipped, has a wonderful shower. Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. The site accommodated the 8 people in our group perfectly. It is spacious, very clean, well organized and has everything needed to make us feel at home, exactly as advertised. Large apartment with two bedroom suite and all with air conditioning. kitchen equipped with the necessary untesilios we need. Very clean apartment, very good condominium, very clean and safe. The listing images are in line with what is advertised. Leisure space for children and adults. Another thing that I loved, that inside the condominium also has a little market where you can buy everything you need right there, without having to move to make your purchases, which makes it much easier. I also couldn't help but talk about the adenilson, very helpful, I didn't meet personally, more good people, whenever I talked to him quickly he responded. To summarize everything, our lodging was excellent and I will definitely be back.

Because we looked for a place at the last minute due to unforeseen events on the trip, we found this apartment and it was a great find, we felt at home, everything was clean, we had everything on site, even a washing machine. My son loved it and felt at home. In a few minutes, we were already by the sea, whether by car or on foot. Really a great accommodation!
