The little house in the village is located in the Vila do Chapéu condominium, with all the security and convenience of a concierge and common area with a beach tennis court, skate park, playground and gym. The little house has a complete and private leisure area, with a swimming pool and an integrated gourmet area with a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. The suites are super comfortable, with premium mattresses and bedding to provide the comfort of a nice home.

Navegantes Nascente é um apartamento aconchegante na praia de Guajiru, ideal para quem busca descanso ou esportes aquáticos como kitesurf e wingfoil. Localizado na primeira linha do mar, oferece vista incrível. Possui cama de casal, duas de solteiro, ar-condicionado, banheiro com chuveiro quente e cozinha equipada. A varanda é perfeita para relaxar e o rooftop compartilhado garante a melhor vista da região. Oferecemos aulas de kite e wing, downwind, passeios e transfers.

We are proudly renting our holiday home in Praia de Redonda, Icapui. Located, right above the beach, with a spectacular panoramic ocean view. A quiet location in direct contact with nature, to relax and recharge your batteries. Our house lays on huge 530 m² garden with palms, fruit trees and hammocks waiting for you. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach down the hill. We provide fresh bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen and private parking area for your car.

"La Familia" at Preá Beach

House on Preá beach, ideally located facing the sea. The environment is delicate and preserved in this family home of two en-suites (house F), kitchen, very comfortable veranda, barbecue and a swimming pool always at an optimum temperature with showers and a social bathroom. By adding Casa M, the family can accommodate up to 12 people and 1 baby in total. Daily housekeeping included (7-day period: 1 day off) Breakfast at an additional cost, upon request.

There are two blocks: on one side, there is an en-suite with a standard queen-size bed and a single bed with air-conditioning, and on the other, a living room with an equipped kitchen, both separated by the small swimming pool with hydromassage. It has a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi, a barbecue grill and parking.
