I really enjoyed the stay. We were made to feel very welcome by Altamiza. The location allows easy access to various locations in the city. The place is very peaceful. I needed a place close to where I was going to work, so the apartment served its purpose well. Anyway, it's a good recommendation.

Maria do Carmo's space is excellent! The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, but full of attractions, restaurants, bars. Space on the second floor, climbing a small flight of stairs. The space itself is ventilated, quite clean, with several amenities, such as air conditioning, collective washing machine, space for hanging clothes, full kitchen, even shampoo and soap had! Equipado and designed for all everyday situations. Thank you very much, we will be back!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. The nearby markets are simple, but you can get by in case of emergencies. The place is well located, so the Uber price doesn't vary much between going downtown and the beaches. The host's mother is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The stay was great. The apartment is clean, well-equipped kitchen, has a hygiene kit, service area. Excellent air-conditioning. Good restaurant nearby. The host provided everything we needed and was attentive.

Strengths: Mr. Jairo is super attentive, the view of the place is beautiful, the location is perfect, the building in itself is wonderful and safe, the washing machine is missing in the photos (there is there) and showing which place to network on the balcony (lack of network). The apartment is beautiful. Points that can improve: We entered on Tuesday at 2pm and left on Sunday at 6am, slept late at night (+ -21h) and left at 7 am, (we do not use washing machine) and the energy bill was high R$179.00 ( I think the owner can reduce the number of bulbs). I found it absurd compared to what I spend in my apartment monthly. Also, you can improve the amount of dishes( cutlery in general), skipper, carpets in the kitchen, cover cochas. (Emphasis I did not ask after my entry into the apart). It's just adjustments! But, I would stay again and recommend the location. We were in 4 (family)

Your Francisco was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times and the house has good accommodation, very good to have a control gate because it made it very easy to get in with the car at night since the place is not very busy, but it seemed to be very quiet.

Very nice place ! We had great time in Jeri. The only thing to improve I think is to fix the location address, to be pinned in front of pousada nequela, so avoid carrying the baggage from the mercadinho.

What to say about the fish house? In my opinion = perfection! We were (me, my wife and my pets🐶) intending to rest and relax on the Carnival holiday. At first we would go beyond staying in the house doing some walks in Icarai de Amontada, but the house was so good, it conveyed so much peace to us that we were more in it than we went out for a walk. The house is just perfect! The Renan (host) was waiting for us at the door when we arrived, guided us where to go to eat, as well as the best beaches and restaurants for us to eat and hang out. It was all very perfect, we felt in paradise. Renan is an excellent hostel, I highly recommend and we will definitely be back there. Thanks my friend!

The house was much more than we expected. We stayed in the entire house. Arrival directions were very clear, they were waiting for us to enter. The house is much nicer than we thought, all the rooms are en-suite, the kitchen is well equipped. In the ice creamers we had drinks service, which is excellent if you arrived and were unable to go to the supermarket. Every day they cleaned both the inside and outside of the house, that makes you not walk on the sand as the house is located on the beach with a spectacular view. There is a safe in the bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean and in perfect condition. There are two dining rooms on the outside which are very comfortable. Definitely the 7 people who stayed we would come back to this place. Downtown was half a block away, everything was very close and accessible. Everyone's service was excellent. Getting to Jeri was very easy, we hired a Toyota Hilux who came after us and took us.

Tati is an incredible host, sent restaurant and tour tips before we arrived, sent bread/tapioca every day and was super responsive at all times. We had an unforeseen with the drain and she promptly requested that they come to help us even though she was far away. We highly recommend it! The house is not the same as photos - it is even more amazing! The view is wonderful and the location conveys a lot of peace. There's not much structure near the house, but it's great because the neighborhood is very calm. In 20 minutes we arrive in Canoa Quebrada, with more structure of restaurants. There are many cats in the region, which end up even entering the house, so this is a point of attention for those who have allergies. We love your stay!

Great location, very close to downtown Carazinho, but the place is quite reserved and quiet. Everything in the house was exactly as shown in the photos. One thing that impressed us was that every day the caretaker would clean the pool, put chlorine in it and leave it impeccable for the current day, this made all the difference. All rooms impeccable. Kitchen with all appliances and the ambient sound worked perfectly. Hostess Izabelli is always available to answer any questions and help us whenever requested. We love and recommend it!

The house was complete and as advertised. It had all the possible amenities for the guest. Pool always clean and cleaning staff always present and willing to help. I recommend it.

Apartment as described on the listing. The condominium has good space for children to play and the pools have the water at a pleasant temperature. The hosts are kind and helpful. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Praia do Futuro, Sabiaguaba and Prainha. The only thing is that at night the indication is to always ride your own car or Uber because the avenue is very dark. I only have to thank the hosts for their hospitality.
