Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Perfect Weekend! The place is super comfortable, it has everything we need to enjoy quiet days, an equipped kitchen, a well-organized space and rooms with great air conditioning, which made all the difference. The location is also wonderful, just a few steps from a beautiful and super quiet beach. The housekeeper was very attentive. Our dogs enjoyed it so much, they were loose and happy the whole time. Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. Makes you feel at home, cooks with love of everything a little. He is always smiling on his face. A true gift of the stay. Thank you so much, Nice, for taking care of myself and my family. Pleasant accommodation with welcome. Uruaú is a very quiet place and the location of the accommodation is wonderful, very close to the beach and the local commerce that is on the same street: it has pizzeria, ice cream, mercantil, Tattoo Studio, etc. Beyond the beach you are very close to Lagoa de Uruaú with a beautiful sunset and great tents.

We had a wonderful experience in this amazing house! The place is super spacious, well equipped and everything works perfectly, which made all the difference to make the stay comfortable from start to finish. The leisure area is a true invitation to rest, with a clean pool, airy deck, and well-ventilated environment... perfect for relaxing and enjoying moments with the family. We felt at home all the time! My family simply loved it, and we will definitely come back more often. A special thank you to Maria Renata, a super attentive, friendly and always helpful host. I spent 10 days in June and the truth is that it is highly recommended, the pool is always clean and in good condition, the common areas too, the beautiful beach is a three-minute walk away and the beach park. I went with my family and we loved everything! Eveline is very attentive, careful, before, during and after the stay. As for the location, "whoever has a mouth, goes to Rome! ". And with GPS, you can get anywhere. Very quiet and safe. The girls who work at the condo are wonderful and welcoming. My apartment was on the ground floor, brand new, very clean, cozy and has everything you need, including internet and Netflix. The outdoor area is a delight and with accessibility. Unfortunately, I had to return earlier, but I am very grateful for the attention given by Eveline and the affection of Maria and her sister. I hope to be back soon!!!

Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good stalls near the street of the apartment. The host was super helpful, sending directions, which were visited and really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!
