Great value for money, we really like it! Good for kids. We're a small family so it suited us well. Good structure, close to the beach, but you have to walk about 300 meters. Everything was clean and organized. Freezer freezes a lot, good fridge and great stove.

We were in May/25 and we very much liked the house .Casa well equipped, spacious and in good location. Very attentive and helpful host.

The view was excellent, one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, besides the very well-maintained house, equipped kitchen, we lacked nothing. Great cost and beneficial, very receptive homemade, gave us tips from supermarkets and restaurants. The organization of the rooms were impeccable, very well-equipped as well, with towels and soaps available. Everyone loved it!

If you want to go to cumbuco/caucaia, it is a place that is close to everything, gas station, centrinho, beach, beach club with buggy rides, supermarket, but by the announcement I had understood that the two bedrooms had the conditioned, but only 1 had, but the power of it did not supply the heat of the place, it managed to be efficient only at night/dawn during the morning/afternoon it is not enough to supply the need, but otherwise it was all tranquil, good condominium, with swimming pool, grill, field, covered parking

The apartment that you feel is in a house with garden on the front can be used.

It was excellent, comfortable, spacious, clean, with many necessary utensils, and even more than we needed, shade side balcony, and pool view. Excellent Host Aryadna is extremely attentive, careful, and has given us all the support we need to make our trip enjoyable. The only point of suggestion is an air conditioner in the room, or more fan is a slightly warm environment.

I really liked the home Ivone super attentive and cleared all my doubts... Super recommend it!

Our experience at Casa Flamingo was wonderful! Pullinho on the beach ten seconds away, sunrise on the balcony, sunset in the always warm pool, delicious barbecues at the great barbecue, among other incredible moments that we will take with us. The house delivers everything that shows up in the photos and reviews. Very well-equipped, wide, comfortable and in the beach style that we expect when we chose a destination on the coast. We stayed 30 days here and we said goodbye already missed. Also highlight for kindness and availability of Mr. Raimundo and Sebastião that spared no effort to meet all our needs. We highly recommend for short and long stays.

I really enjoyed the stay. We were made to feel very welcome by Altamiza. The location allows easy access to various locations in the city. The place is very peaceful. I needed a place close to where I was going to work, so the apartment served its purpose well. Anyway, it's a good recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay. The house matched the listing descriptions and even exceeded our expectations. Well-lit outdoor environment, well-equipped deck, clean pool, kitchen with all equipment and utensils available. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very well cleaned and with extra mattresses and sheets. Mr. Dimas (caretaker) was very helpful and polite, he responded promptly to all our requests. We highly recommend the stay.

The house is beautiful and super calm environment. Delicious bed and shower of the perfect suite! The access is not so easy for the beach, but the view is impeccable, worthy of a picture! It was perfect for a fds with peace, harmony and "abundance"! Diego answers everything as quickly as possible and passes on many tips. The homemade Damião is a wonderful person and has a delicious barbecue! We already miss the days we have passed! We'll be back as soon as possible! ❤️

Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.

The space is great, well divided and has the basics necessary for a good stay. The housekeeper and his wife welcomed us very well and were very helpful. To improve, a lid on the toilet seat is missing in some bathrooms. I recommend to the next guests bring a sheet and repellent.
