The location is good for those who like beach tents but it ends up being a little far from the seaside, but nothing that Uber/car can't solve. Great apartment, it was clean and the view is beautiful. Alberto gave us all the necessary instructions and we had no problems. I recommend it!

I don't usually comment on reviews, but I insist! Daniel has always been very attentive. They asked questions before they even booked. The apartment matches the images and descriptions. Very spacious. Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. Sheets and towels were provided. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet leisure area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family getaway and everyone loved it. I'm sure we'll be back. Once again, I thank the host for always being available to answer questions. We will definitely return to Índico.

I had an excellent stay in Elizamar's apartment. The view is simply wonderful, with a wide view of the waterfront - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. The apartment was impeccable: clean, organized and with an attention to detail that really exceeded my expectations. It's always good to see when the host cares about every aspect of the experience. Elizamar was extremely attentive throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I definitely recommend it to others and hope to return soon!

Ricardo exceeded all expectations as a host. The apartment contains everything that is necessary for a few days of accommodation and comfortably accommodates up to four people. There is the possibility of consuming both in the hotel and in the apartment itself, buying through Ifood, for example. Mr Ricardo's tips are essential for those who want to save on food. The resort is next to Beach Park and you can enter the water park 1 hour before it opens. The beach is practically private, and has a lifeguard on duty. The pool area is also super monitored. There are several activities for both adults and children. I lack words to describe the infinity of affective memories that were created in the days I stayed in the apartment. I hope to return soon. Super indico with my eyes closed.

Very quiet and great place for those who want to relax. The house 4 in which we were accommodated had a privileged location in the condominium because it was on the corner, and offered a lot of privacy. Everything in the house is new, so that was great. Jocélio, the guy who takes care of the house is extremely polite and attentive! Point to improve: Make more floor cloths, towels and dish cloths available.

Our stay was great, my family and I were delighted with the apartment, everything that was offered to us in the place that quietly serves a couple with two children, as there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The organization was excellent, each item in the property was very clean and well cared for, which gave us moments of great happiness and tranquility, we didn't have to worry about anything else, just enjoy the weekend. The host always responded promptly when we asked questions. The facilities of the entire resort surroundings, as well as the very well-kept water park, impeccable cleanliness, all attendants and staff were extremely polite and helpful. We were there between 12 and 16 June and the weather was very pleasant, around 28°C, wonderful sunshine during this period. Anyway, just compliments, nothing to complain about. Congratulations to the host who even left us a treat to sweeten our stay in that paradise.

The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes. Otoni's space is exactly as shown in the photos, an excellent apartment in an excellent condominium. Otoni sent all the instructions and photos for check-in and parking, making everything easy. The condominium is safe, with a private beach, beautiful pool view and great for families. We loved our stay. I definitely recommend it.
