Monthly Rentals in Bayshore

The home was perfect for our trip to Wilmington. We were in town for a golf tournament, and the home was less than 10 minutes from the course (PNCC). Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area, including a Harris Teeter with Fuel Center. Bill was proactive with communications and always responsive when we communicated through app messaging. We especially enjoyed the patio which was easy access off the kitchen for grilling out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and the HVAC kept the entire home comfortably cool during our entire stay. It was an overall wonderful stay, and we would stay here again without hesitation. Very convenient to anything in the Porters Neck area.

As all other mentions in the overwhelmingly positive reviews have stressed, this was a favorite. The friendly, experienced Hosts take great pride in their property and this guesthouse. Everything adds up to an exceptional experience. Don't let the 'pet friendly' policy give you pause if you are not traveling with 4-legged friends, the property is spotlessly cleaned and maintained. The location is wonderful, away from the hustle bustle but within a short drive to the local attractions and beaches. Our only suggestions would be to add a small patio table and chair set for guests to enjoy their morning coffee in the beautiful yard while ther dogs frolic and perhaps a propane grill. We certainly would not hesitate to return or reccommend this lovely AirBnB if you are in the Wilmington area. Thank you Nate!

I have booked multiple Air BnB’s this by far has been the best experience. The home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The snacks were an added bonus and perfectly picked! If you are considering booking this DO IT! Board games and books are available. Kristy has equipped that house with exactly what you need to enjoy time as a couple or with children.

We had such a great time! Very peaceful stay with everything we needed. The Airstream is beautiful inside and the outdoor space was perfect to spend time with my husband and son. The location is very convenient and only a few minutes away from our favorite coffee shop in Wilmington (Casa Blanca). We can’t wait to go back!
