We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. You can walk to shops/restaurants/bars in 5 min. Enjoy and relax during your stay!

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of the Kramer and the Ammergau Alps offers you enough space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 27 m² and is the perfect place for couples, small families or friends up to 3 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

From January 2020 we would like to welcome you to Klammstraße 27 in our completely newly built holiday home "Zur Wally" in our apartment "Griabig". Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes on foot. Our apartments are individually and modernly furnished in alpine style and - in addition to a wonderful view - have every comfort.
