NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The space is quite big, 110 square meters, the warm tropical wood floor with the fireplace in combination with the modern furniture will make you feel at home. It is the perfect destination for holiday or business traveler(2 desks available)and everyone can enjoy the 1.600 square meters garden, outdoor pool (May 1st-Sept. 1st),sauna,hot tub,infrared cabin.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

A modern, cozy attic studio for up to 5 people awaits you. The studio is perfectly located between Munich and the beautiful Alps, not far from picturesque alpine lakes. The ideal accommodation for families, single travelers, business people, with WiFi, Smart TV, Nespresso machine and much more. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: Enjoy swimming lakes, go on hikes and bike tours or visit the typical local restaurants nearby, or simply relax in the garden. Free parking!

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Our jewel is finally ready! The bright and luxurious loft (approx. 80 square meters) with roof terrace offers absolute seclusion and a unique view over Lake Ammersee. After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different perspective: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests to our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.
