Holiday rentals with a patio in Baunatal

Highlight of our trip and now have a measure of what 5 stars really is for us. Not too fancy but well appointed with lots of room and all the facilities of home, so felt like being at home. Location may not suit everyone's situation but great for us and Kafungen is such a beautiful and friendly town. As previously noted there is a tram stop nearby but Google Maps does not recognise the tram line for some reason. Only disappointment was not to have more time to have dinner out on the back deck overlooking the beautiful garden with all the birds singing. Certainly would like to come back. Thank you again Silvia and Matthais.

We slept well and had everything we needed. There are nice shops and restaurants in the area, The courtyard view offers the best view of the laser beam to Hercules ( when it is turned on).

We spent New Year's Eve 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great for visiting Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below was very disturbing (maybe it was the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. Another plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

We had a very nice weekend in Jenny's small and fine apartment. It was very clean and all the furniture was spotless and the bed for two very comfortable. Jenny was extremely friendly and she pays a lot of attention to details and surprised us at the apartment with warm little things. We would definitely come :)

We immediately felt comfortable in the LANDZeit. The view is soo beautiful. Everything we needed is available in the apartment. Bed very comfortable. A place to unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended the beautiful apartment of Tanja. 🌞🌻

The apartment was very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was super friendly, quick and straightforward. In addition, the host was extremely accommodating. We highly valued our privacy and felt completely comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place with a nice host.

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

A place to fall in love – pure nature with a heart We had four sunny days at the end of April in the beautiful forest cottage with impressive hillside location and fantastic views of the Fulda – and what can we say: It was perfect! Actually, we had many excursions planned, but the house and surroundings were so welcoming that we stayed on site the whole time. Whether cooking with the Dutch oven, archery or walking – every moment was a pleasure. A special highlight was getting to know the warm hosts Nikolai and Lena in person. A young, likeable couple who have put a lot of love, effort and taste into the house. Everything was modern, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We fell in love with the cottage from the first moment. The tranquility, nature and the relaxed atmosphere have been incredibly good for us. It was a holiday full of deceleration and well-being – we will definitely be back!

A truly excellent place to stay! We had the whole manor for a larger group, and that was amazing. The private bathroom in each room is brilliant, the common area is nicely furnished and you will find everything your heart desires. Especially the new outdoor area with terrace, barbecue and fire bowl was used intensively. The communication was very nice and straightforward, despite the delay on our part, we were checked in personally and very kindly. Absolute recommendation for larger groups.

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

Roswitha has responded flexibly and spontaneously to requests from us. She was always friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very large, spacious and corresponded to the pictures.

The place "old fire station" was very nice. The house is in a quiet location and is a good starting point for excursions in the area. The house is great and lovingly decorated, clean and very well appointed. Evelyn welcomed us in a friendly way and the communication also worked flawlessly. The lovingly designed garden was our highlight.

I found the accommodation by chance and was directly impressed. Everything looked really nice and cozy - perfect for our relaxing weekend - was also exactly as expected if not better. We especially liked the beautiful kitchen and the large rain shower. Communication with Fabian was flawless. He provided us with all the necessary information in advance so that check-in, etc., went smoothly. There were also laminated instructions for use inside the listing. On Scheid we made ourselves comfortable on the beach and swam a bit otherwise you can also go hiking the small ferry over to Rehbach from dirt very relaxed to the basement wall. It was a lovely relaxed experience and you can recommend the place to anyone.

Nice apartment in a good location, quick to various spots for great hikes or walks. From the outside, the apartment looks different than expected, but inside it is nicely renovated. There were a few small spots that weren't perfectly clean, but overall it was a good fit!

We were in Kassel for an extended weekend, the location near Wilhelmshöhe train station was great: shopping around the corner, central tram connections, walking to the castle and Hercules - all no problem at all. A nice little 2-R apartment, more for 2, as suitable for 3 guests, as the sofa bed is a little small and not so comfortable in the long run. The apartment amenities seem completely new overall. The old balcony door in the kitchen is super charming. Being able to cook for yourself was good, although there are also good restaurants nearby. ... We will be happy to come back:)

Till is a great host and really really helpful with personal request. I thank him for that.. His place is walkable from train station but located in a peaceful location. Great place with great amenities.. wonderful host and wonderful place.. would certainly stay again next time.. Thank you and I highly recommend it.

There were 5 of us (3 children in primary and kindergarten age) in the accommodation for an extended weekend. To visit Kassel and other destinations in the area, the location is perfect, especially with your own car. The place itself is very new, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Even coffee, tea and spices are available. Towels, bed linen, shampoo and shower gel, you almost feel like you're in the hotel. Everything is really thought of for children, especially the large garden with lots of play equipment is a dream. Our children immediately played there with the children of the landlords. Nicko umd his wife are very likeable, we felt right at home. Immediately after booking, Nicko wrote to us and asked about the age of the children and our needs. I have never experienced this before. Otherwise, he was always very helpful and friendly. All around a great stay.
