The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

Spacious, bright old building apartment with architectural details such as high ceilings and exposed brick. In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.

Vacation home “alte Feuerwehr“

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Magical view from the balcony. Very cozy attic apartment almost directly on the forest, but only 15 minutes by car from the Documentary City of Kassel. A day trip to the Unesco World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park including Hercules is worthwhile. Great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig). Rewe, Aldi, pharmacy and ATM in the village. Swimming pool and cinema 10 minutes away by car.

Enjoy a lovely time in this beautiful non-smoking apartment! The apartment is located in a well-kept and quiet architect-designed house in the beautiful VW city of Baunatal. Due to the size, layout and amenities, we only offer this apartment to 1-2 people! On request, if necessary, max. 4 people! But there is no closed bedroom! For 2 people, the sofa bed in the living room would then be available! No extra fees! If you have any questions, please write!
