Historical walls and constructions made 300 years ago offer place for the new kitchen and bathroom. A separate entry and a nice little gardenplace complete the apartement. Make some memories at this unique and newly furnished place. Idyllic location overlooking the lake and mountains. The balcony and seating area invite you to linger. Parking is available. Public lake access and sunbathing lawn 100 meters away. The beautiful beach path along the lake waterfront leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is an 11 km long foot and bike path. Bollingen is accessible only by car! Public transport and shops are a 5-minute drive away.

Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

During the theater season (from September to June), there is usually a lively cultural operation with dance/theater/music or comedy on Saturdays. Charming pavilion with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, fire up the heating fireplace, cosy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a mass camp is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. There is a kitchen available, about 20m from the cottage. On request, we will provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13.00 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

Cheap price, in return, the apartment itself is cleaned and bed linen itself is removed on and off. If you would like to make this deal, please feel free to come. I provide the cleaning material in the apartment. It doesn't have an elevator

The apartment is located in a two-family house near the village of Kirchberg in a quiet, rural area. Nearby are: forest, meadows, bakery & supermarket. The outdoor area may be used in consultation with the owners, as well as the barbecue area. Perfectly located for walks and tours in the Appenzellerland & Alpstein. We look forward to seeing you!
