The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

Baby equipment is available ( no need to overload the car!) Beautiful days are coming!

Located in a quiet and green condominium, you will have a large unoverlooked terrace, a private garden, as well as a dedicated parking space in the immediate vicinity. The residence with swimming pool and tennis is ideally located, the center of Batz-sur-Mer is 1.6 km away and the Côte Sauvage (beach) is just opposite!

Facing the sea, we will be happy to welcome you in our fully renovated apartment, located on the first floor in a small condominium (no elevator). In a bright space of about thirty sqm, you will find equipment like at home, with in addition, an ocean view! Access to customs trails is almost in front of the building. In less than a 10-minute walk, you can go to the village of Batz where you will find different shops.
