A very clean, pleasant and comfortable cottage with everything that is necessary and useful. Not to mention Faustine who is ultra responsive and pleasant. Highly recommended. And then to park, even when there are people, 2 streets behind (rue du lin) and everything is free.

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and pets which is our case). 5 minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it

Very good accommodation in Batz-sur-Mer. Whether to go to the center, or to the beach, no need to take the car because it is perfectly located (less than 5 minutes walk to the center, less than 10 minutes to the beach). Very good stay: small well thought out accommodation, equipped and very well maintained. Very comfortable bedding. Close to the beach. Warm welcome. Bathtub, high chair and bed for our baby were provided as a bonus. We recommend it.

Great stay in Le Croisic. House was well equipped and had everything we needed. Garden and terrace was perfect for storing our bikes. House within walking distance to town.

We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighbourhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome by Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in case of problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very, very clean and above all very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we have come and we are still happy.

We spent 4 days in Bérénice's accommodation.
