We have completely renovated these two houses to make them our family and friendly lair. The beautiful Valentin beach is a 9-minute walk from the house, as are all the shops in Batz sur Mer. Lovers of the village of Batz, we chose to rent them when we are not staying there to share with you this little piece of heaven. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

The house is located in the middle of many places of interest and excursions, 5 minutes from the medieval walls of Guérande, 10 minutes from the beach of La Baule and 10 minutes from the salt marshes. A very excellent bike route is 5 minutes away

Our house is located a few steps from the ocean, 150 m from the coastal path and a few minutes' walk from La Govelle beach. Fully equipped, it features an enclosed wooded garden and a south-facing terrace. From the house, walking tours along the wild coast and bike trails to discover the peninsula and its many beaches.
