Beachfront holiday rental in Batumi Bay

in short - I stayed in different apartments around Batumi, but this one is the best initially planned to stay a month, but after first night decided to change my plans and extend the stay to 3 months owner is a nice person, communication was smooth and quick, everything was resolved very fast location is superb, you just need to cross the road and you already at the beach very cool view from the window - 6 out of 5 :) inside everything according to the photos I would come here again and can recommend to anyone

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

مكان رائع ونظيف واطلاله جميله وموقع الشقه مناسب والشقه فيها كل الخدمات مغسله ومكوى ومكرويف وثلاجة ومطبخ فيه اغلب مستلزماته الشي الوحيد السلبي لايوجد شطاف في الحمام.

Всё отлично, заселение быстрое и простое, номер соответствует описанию. Рекомендую.

Всё прошло замечательно Локация прекрасна, однако есть шум от дороги с которым справляется закрытая дверь на балконе.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einem tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Sehr sauber, bequemes großes Bett und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Auch ein früherer Check-In war problemlos möglich. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Ich kann dieses Apartment jedem empfehlen! Danke für eine schöne Zeit in Orbi City!

Artur is a great host , Everything was clear and he had videos for explaining . He helped me for also the parking I will recommend his flat to my friends.

Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

Апартаменты это 2 соединённых номера апарт-отеля Alliance Palace. Это одно здание в котором часть номеров управляется Mariott (вход отдельный) и остальная часть Alliance. В номерах свежий ремонт. 2 санузла)). Кухня и холодильник. Прекрасная климатическая система daikin. Толстые стеклопакеты отсекают шум улицы. С балкона вид на море.Рядом супермаркет и рестораны. В общем отличные апартаменты и отличии от Орби нет больших очередей у лифта)). Классный отпуск.

Квартира понравилась. Удобное расположение — прямо на первой линии, с красивым видом на море. Успели поймать! Внутри всё чисто и аккуратно. Есть вся посуда, чайник, микроволновка — всё работает. Удобная душевая, мягкая кровать, подушки на выбор. Приятное освещение, особенно понравилась закатная лампа. Самое интересное — проектор. Смотрели фильмы, сериалы на Netflix и YouTube. Всё устроило, нам было комфортно!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

Отличные, чистые и очень уютные аппартаменты. Есть все необходимое для жизни как дома. Есть собственная территория ЖК с бассейном и детской площадкой. Также есть охраняемая парковка для машин.

Sergey var otroligt hjälpsam i resan. Han fanns alltid där vid frågor eller om man ville utforska Batumi mer. Vi hade frågor kring hur man tar sig från flygplatsen till andra andra städer och Sergey var extremt hjälpsam och lade tid på att vi skulle få bra dagar i Batumi! Boendet var rent, upp till förväntningarna och hade en magisk utsikt! Vi kommer definitivt att boka detta boende igen. Tveka inte att boka Sergeys boende, han gjorde detta SÅ BRA!

Проживание оставило только приятные впечатления. Апартаменты чистые, уютные и полностью соответствует описанию. Всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, было на месте — от удобной мебели до мелочей вроде посуды и чистых полотенец. Вид из окна отличный! Особенно хочу отметить гостеприимство хозяев — отзывчивые, всегда на связи и готовы помочь. Спасибо за комфорт и заботу! С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и могу смело рекомендовать другим.

Great place near the Batumi beach. Beautiful views of sunset every night. Matched pictures and description 100%. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, even though Batumi is pretty busy city especially during evenings and night time.

Ideal plase if you need rest from the city noise. It’s not too far from Batumi and it’s easy to get there by taxi if you’re travelling without a car. The house is cozy and the place itself is quiet. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and the sound of birds is like a sound therapy. The host family is responsive and warm. Amazingly tasty food. Good internet. Great place for emotional reset. Highly recommend 👍
