The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Apartment is located on the top floor of the Alliance Palace. 38 floor. Huge balcony with sunset views. There is restaurant “Oval” in our building. There is SPA with indoor swimming pool in our building for additional payment. There is also parking for additional payment. Check in and check out with lock box 24/7. Сдаётся домик для отдыха целиком. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания на любой срок. Всё оборудование и спальные места (матрасы и бельё) новые. Есть интернет, телевизор со спутниковым ТВ (каналы разных стран). Рядом красивый сад и площадка для отдыха на улице. На территории есть бесплатная парковка. До пляжа можно добраться на такси (5 лари) или на автобусах 7 и 15 (0.5 лари за 20 минут).
