I am the owner, I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as usually happens at the reception) upon arrival immediately move into the room, which has already been heated - air conditioning and a boiler with hot water The apartment is on the 24th floor. Cozy, nice, fresh renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, linen, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: the sea, the embankment, the lake and the "singing" fountains with night lighting
