Very luminous flat, bigger than typical apartments in Paris and nicely decorated with a charming touch. Amazing Place Batignolles

Cet appartement est un havre de paix en plein coeur de paris ! Situé dans une rue très calme, il est à proximité d'une rue très commerçante, idéal pour vivre à la parisienne ! Lumineux, et tout équipé, vous serez comme à l'hôtel ! Une chambre avec un Queen Size 160x200 et TV. Un salon avec un canapé convertible de qualité. Une cuisine très bien équipée : café, grille pain, bouilloire, four/micro-onde. Une salle de douche à l'italienne, sèche cheveux. Linge et serviettes de bains à disposition.

Stylish apartment on pedestrian street

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Superb spacious and bright apartment

Spacious and bright apartment in vintage style, located in Batignolles. It has all the amenities you need: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, plenty of storage and even a turntable. The bedding includes a queen size bed (160 x 200) and a sofa convertible into a queen size bed. The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator access. It is quiet and very pleasant to stay in. Close to Rue de Lévis with all its shops and restaurants.

Stanislas’ place felt like a home away from home. Situated close to metro stations, we had no problem getting around major attractions in Paris yet enjoyed the relatively quiet neighbourhood. Well surrounded by bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. The place was fully equipped and clean. We got everything we needed and we fully enjoyed our stay!

Christiane and Geoffroy's apartment is a wonderful find. It is like being in a private treehouse right in the 17th. They just renovated it last year, so everything is almost brand new We communicated frequently during our stay and Christiane always responded helpfully and promptly. The 17th may not be for tourists who want to be in the center of things or who are looking for nightlife and such, but for more experienced travelers looking to explore Paris as Parisians live it, the 17th has much to offer. The apartment is about 5 blocks from the 14 metro line, which connects to almost everything. There is a bus stop just outside the building as well. The rue de Levis market street is about five blocks away. Using public transportation we were 20-25 minutes from the Left Bank and 25 minutes from the Marche Aligre. The apartment was ideal for us!

Elvire went over and above in working with me to get access to the flat before check in time. She was always available to answer questions and very generous with everything. This neighborhood is free of tourists - it’s a real Parisian neighborhood- and I found it very comfortable to come back to at the end of every day. There are a few parks within walking distance that I relaxed in and I used Velibe city bikes to get most everywhere. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a simple breakfast plus more and there were groceries and great ethnic food stores- Lebanese and Greek were memorable- to bring back to the flat for dinner. Also the market on blvd Batignolles had great stuff. Bed was comfy, place was very clean. The elevator and ac made everything easy. Thank you Elvire!

Terrace in Batignolles Paris 17th, cozy apartment

This is a lovely one bedroom with a private balcony in the heart of the 17th arrondissement. It is located a few blocks from the park at Square des Batignolles, numerous and varied restaurants, and it is equidistant from two metro lines to quickly get around Paris. I had lived in this vibrant and chic neighborhood two decades ago and was glad to find such a lovely refuge to revisit the area. The space is a great place to rest after enjoying the neighborhood and the rest of Paris. Please note that It is on the 4th etage/5th floor up a circular staircase and with steps internallyup to the balcony so not for anyone with mobility restrictions as there is not an elevator.
