Charming house, in a wooded and flowery courtyard, absolute calm, close to the Coline de Montmartre. The decoration is very "Parisian", simple and clean. The house is functional. The beds are comfortable (duvets). Direct access to the courtyard (50 square meters) to have breakfast, lunch or dinner right in front of the house (like a garden)The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, rotating heat oven). Our neighborhood is very friendly, popular and quiet at the same time. Many restaurants within two steps. 3 supermarkets within a minute's walk. A laundry if you want to dry your laundry quickly , around the corner (the house is equipped with a washing machine). Many shops, Damrémont street in particular (a stone's throw away) including a very good butcher, an excellent cheese maker, a reputable and chocolate maker, famous and very good wine! This street is called Les Petite Champs Elysée!You are a 10-minute walk from Montmartre and Place Clichy (great cinema Wepler).Two metro stations (one less than a minute) and 2 bus lines serving the center of Paris. Enjoy the Parisian tumult, then come and recharge in a deckchair! A real haven of peace...Don't hesitate if you have any questions!!

40m2 cosy flat - Roland Garros/Boulogne/Paris

Cosy, design and clean apartment of 40m2 located in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt city! It is located at 2 minutes walking distance from the closest metro station to visit Paris. And only at 10 minutes from Roland Garros Tennis Open and huge "Bois de Boulogne" park. The area, known as very safe, is accessible by metro line 10, bus 52 & 72. The apartment is surrounded by many gourmet shops and restaurants. It is located in the courtyard side of the building so you won't be bored by any noise!

My place is right on the rue Saint-Honore across from the new Saint Laurent store. You can go jogging in the morning in the Jardin des Tuileries which is a stone's throw away, as is the Louvre, the Palais Royal and the Place Vendôme. It's cozy, bright, well finished with solid oak, white marble, linen from Merci, Bisazza tiles, iitala tableware etc. Good for solo adventurers, business travelers and couples.
