Elegantly Converted Stables near Bath with Luxury Hot Tub

The Stables is a lovely romantic retreat with the addition of a BRAND NEW HOT TUB (installed February 2020) The hot tub is electric, seats 4 and is positioned on the patio outside of the bedroom and is very private. Open glazed stacking doors to create an idyllic indoor-outdoor space overlooking an extensive, well-treed garden. The stone exterior and tiled roof contrast with the modern living area within. Whip up a Jamie Oliver recipe in a contemporary kitchen. Tastefully decorated with oak floors and doors, contemporary kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Good size bedroom with a super king size bed. Sofa bed in living room. Views from both rooms overlooking a very pretty garden. Parking for two cars. French doors off the bedroom and concertina doors off the kitchen and living room onto a private patio with patio furniture and BBQ for you to enjoy. Private driveway for two cars, the converted stables is a completely gorgeous private place for you to get away from everything. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob and oven. The open plan kitchen and living room has a dining table, sofa bed, TV, the bedroom has a super king size bed with ensuite bathroom and large wardrobe. I will check you in and out and you can call/email me if you need me. The guesthouse is set within a large private garden in a stunning valley surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Take lovely walks from the property and visit good pubs nearby. Historical Bath is only a short drive away. There is a bus stop about 25m from the garden and it's about a 10-15 minute drive into Bath. You have a terrace to sit out on and enjoy. The property over looks the garden of the main house which is rented out some weekends. The stables is very private and is positioned far from the house. See the photos on the listing. The garden is for use by people booking the main house but if I’m staying there while you rent the stables you are welcome to explore the extensive gardens.

Robins Nest is a detached Cotswold stone studio in a quiet beautiful valley. Bi-fold doors open on to a sunny, south-facing terrace contained within a private garden. Cosy and comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living area with a luxury king size bed. It is within walking distance of the historic city of Bath with its spa, theatre, restaurants and other attractions. A cycleway is nearby which gives access to lovely local rides and walks. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.
