Stunning spot with great Glamping facilities. We loved the log fired sauna and hot tub. The site is carefully fenced so our Cockerpoo could charge around without us having to worry about livestock. Lovely area - which we know well and loved reconnecting with.

Second time staying at here and both times have been great stays. Perfect hosts as always at the end of the phone if needed. Place is clean and homely. Perfect little stay for us. Thank you

We loved our stay in elderberry pod it is beautiful & the detail that’s gone into it I’d certainly say it’s made with love. Only negative we had was we was not informed the cafe, the shop & activities were not on due to being New Year’s Eve. I appreciate everyone requires time off but we would like to have known that as we may have brought activities with us. Other than that we would love to book again & it was a beautiful place couldn’t fault anything other than not letting us know what was not in use whilst we were there. Thanks again

Amazing stay at Mark’s shepherds hut. Incredible location, super peaceful and as described. Well kitted out. We had a lovely BBQ and enjoyed some marshmallows say around the fire. The abbey nearby was worth a visit and had a swim in the river. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Mark.

This is the second time I have stayed at Login and I will be back. Its such a lovely peaceful retreat. Inside is spotless with quirky decor and a fabulous shower room. I was able to use the outside area this time as the weather was lovely & it was so quite sitting out with the fire pit blazing. There are plenty of walks if you feel inclined & I watched the deer crossing a field on the hill while I went outside to have breakfast. Its also a stones throw from the town with all the amazing shops, restaurants & cafes and the magic of the Tor, the Wells & the Abbey. What is not to love.

Catherines communication was amazing. Clear check in instructions/directions and offered ideas for local area if required. Garden cottage was beautiful, quiet, private, peaceful location. Good parking. Bread, milk, eggx on arrival plus a head start on tea & coffee (much appreciated) Catherine was very welcoming and friendly when we saw her. We had a full day at Castle Coombe Circuit on the Saturday (only 5 minutes up the road) We stayed the night before and the night after and it was lovely to come back to. Had everything you would need. Loved the linen bag for ease on check out. Loved having a full size dining table. Loved the luggage rack in bedroom. Bed realky comfy and shower was fab. Great instructions for fire safety/appliances/TV & WIFI and check out guidelines. We sat with the door open on Saturday night listening to the birds and loved that their little dog popped in to say hi. Garden cottage all on one level, so perfect for us. Will definitely return & recommend. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Piggery. It was absolutely beautiful, we loved the space and the indoor/outdoor living. Our two little girls had such a lovely time in the outdoor space while we could relax as it was so safe. We visited Longleat and it was a perfect locations, just 10 minutes away. The perfect place to unwind after a very busy day! Beverly was so lovely and made us all feel very welcome. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay at David and Jill’s place was one of our favourite Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! We couldn’t have asked any more from them, we were greeted on our arrival and they came over to check in on us as checked-out. We felt so looked after! David and Jill have thought about absolutely everything at the property, and the space is contemporary whilst also feeling cosy and relaxing. My partner and I wish we could move in!! The location is amazing, it is so quiet and peaceful, yet you can drive into big towns within 10-15 mins. David and Jill have such an amazing knowledge of the area and told us all the good spots to eat and explore throughout our stay - which was also conveniently all printed out and put into a folder for us to look through at our own leisure too. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We will 100% be back. Thank you Jill and David for having us, and for making our weekend so special :)

Fabulous place that is beyond what you would expect from a Shepherd’s Hut. Great thought and attention to detail has clearly gone into building and designing this place. It’s deceptively spacious and has got everything you need and more, the hot tub and outside seating are real bonuses, all in all a fabulous spot.

The place was absolutely lovely! Was so clean and was perfectly as described. The hot tub was lovely also! You had everything you need. Val and Tony are absolutely wonderful people and were really responsive if we had any questions. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful stay!

Had an amazing weekend at this stay! The hot tub was heated for our arrival and had clear instructions for when we wanted to light it again. The sauna was also easy to heat and we felt confident doing it. The rooms were clean and tidy. Also the bank of DVDs to watch while we waited out the rain was perfect. Will 100% be booking again in the future!

I loved my stay at Paul's place. The accommodation is beautiful - a really special space has been created. It's homely and comfortable, private and a real inside-outside feel.

Well designed & comfortable space for a family with 2 teenagers on a 2 night break - the mezzanine level was ideal. It was easy to communicate with Lisa & we appreciated being able to use the EV charger too.

A characterful place to stay and everything you need is there. The bed and sofa are both extremely comfortable. Going up the ladder to bed is a little awkward and wouldn't suit everyone but I soon got used to it. Local amenities are all close by. Recommended.

What a beauty! A perfect place to have peace and quiet, soak up some wildlife and stay in comfort. We loved staying here, great communication, clear instructions and the hot tub is a bonus. We will be booking again!

Hilary was a very good hostess. Friendly and easy to communicate with. The property was peaceful and close to public transportation for ease of travel. Accommodations were comfortable and relaxing.

I cannot recommend the Shepards Hut enough. Beautiful inside and out, has everything you need include milk in the fridge which was a great touch. The space has plenty of privacy without feeling isolated & it is easy to walk to the pub or take a drive to the next village or town. Duncan was a great host, I was welcomed with a warm greeting and he shared plenty of suggestions on walks I could do. I didn’t need anything but I would have felt totally comfortable texting him if I had. It was the perfect get away for a few days of peace.

I had a little solo trip & it was a perfect little safe haven for me!! Felt very private & loved the outside space with the couple of ponds etc. but I still felt like Liz would be around if I needed her, plus it was gated etc. liz did pop by to check I was ok too which was nice! So felt very secure, private & it was very peaceful! Which I didn’t expect being so close to the city. Bed was really comfortable & it had everything I needed! Perfect staycation 🙌🏻

A wonderfully peaceful two night stay in lovely wooden shepherds hut set amongst the tree’s. The hut was super cosy with everything we needed, plus a great size comfortable bed. Lovely view over the countryside, we really enjoyed being able to sit outside watching nature. Host was spot on, fantastic communication and very accommodating. Loved the screenshot walking guide, we followed it and it led us to the pub so we were very pleased! Some treats were left for us, the farm shop muesli was absolutely delicious so thank you for that.

Anne was a lovely host and the shepherd's hut was excellent. The only issue with our stay is that the wi-fi was incredibly intermittent, and we could only get it to work very briefly on the first morning of our stay, which is a shame as we were both hoping to use the time to get some work down. Other than that, we had the perfect stay!

Serena was a lovely host, attentive but not intrusive, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with The location was peaceful with wonderful views, and yet within easy reach of local amenities Would highly recommend this Airbnb 👌

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiona’s Shepherds Hut. It was decorated and finished to a high standard, very comfortable and actually feels bigger inside than expected! The log fire was great (although it gets very hot very quickly, probably our fault and put one too many logs on, we actually had to open a window at one point!). Fiona was very responsive to our questions and queries, including when the solar power went off due to the poor weather. (The farm shop directly over the road also do an incredible breakfast!) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and is an ideal base for a quiet weekend away. Thank you Fiona!
