Monthly Rentals in Bastrop County

Joanne was extremely helpful toward me and my two children with loads of recommendations for places to go and see and things to do in the direct vicinity. Likewise, they are extremely flexible hosts. The home is the perfect combination of sophisticated charm and casual living. It was just perfect for a "city family" looking for a home base in town. We were able to walk everywhere: movie theater, bowling, farmers market, loads of restaurants, shops, library, and even some very fun/cute private neighborhood treasures. A train goes through 0-3 times a day and we delighted in running to the front porch to watch. The backyard is huge and provided hours of entertainment for my children and a lovely space to host a few friends one evening. The neighbors are friendly and the area is so safe and cozy. We couldn't give a better recommendation - we stayed a month and would have loved to stay longer :)

Me and my family had a great time at this location, it was definitely a peaceful get away. I’m a coffee drinker so love that she had coffee available for us. As well as water since the water is a bit foggy down there. My teens had plenty of fun with games provided while they listened to record player. As soon as they saw the record player they took advantage and brought their own vinyls. We loved and enjoyed our peaceful stay! Thank you

Staying at Shane’s airbnb was a dream! The house was perfect on the inside and literally had every single thing you would ever need. The location was great, we were surrounded by trees and even got to see some deers at night. The hot tub was also a very nice addition. Definitely a must visit spot ❤️

Nice place and extremely convenient for Bastrop. Spacious. All our errands seemed to be within 1mile or 10 min drive. Right behind HEB. Place was clean and staged for selling, so very minimalist. It was a shoes-off house. There is an extra contract that I have never had to sign, but I wasn’t throwing parties (was there for a funeral) so was okay.
