Place was perfect, very clean, quiet, and exactly as described. I will stay here every time I’m in Texas.

We come to town for the home town celebration The Smithville jamboree… we love this location as all we have to do is step outside for front row seats to the parade.

We loved our stay at Alwin’s Airbnb. It was nice and cozy. Everything that we would need for a several days stay was provided. Everything was clean and looked new. Highly recommend.

Second time staying here. Kevin did not disappoint! Great place, super clean and peaceful. This place is a steal for the price. Definitely will stay here again some time.

It’s a small but cozy room. Quiet and about ten minutes out from the city. Their instructions on how to find the place were very accurate. There’s enough sound proofing that other guests in separate units will not bother you throughout the day. Water pressure is fantastic. Ryan was very friendly and helpful.

Pristine space on a beautiful peaceful property. Karen was incredibly helpful, proactively communicated with us about thing we might enjoy with our kids in the area, and was a kind and warm host. The space is super clean and maintained, AC works very well (important in Texas) and everything was setup perfectly for us.

Loved the place enjoyed our stay, great host and home I would stay again!

Peaceful & just what I needed for a “me treat”

This apartment was perfect for our time in Texas! It was near family and quiet. It really helped to have it as a home base as we explored the areas around Austin. Obed was extremely responsive and a great host - we absolutely would stay here again.
