My 1920s villa is centrally located in a quiet residential area (Malen) near the beach, shops and a bakery. Walking distance to tennis courts/port area. From the living room, you can go straight out to the newly built wooden deck/garden. The villa is modernly equipped with a fireplace, induction hob, convection oven and fridge-freezer with ice maker, but has retained much of its old charm with wooden floors and deep window recesses that blend in with lots of colour and cosiness. YOU WILL FIND FRESHLY MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linen. There is toilet paper, coffee filters, washing-up liquid and dishwasher detergent. There is enough firewood for the first day, and as an extra luxury, there is a canoe and a rowboat. ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing licence that you can buy at Ifiske. Search for "fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon". However, fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can purchase cleaning for SEK 3,000.

The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.
