During the day, you could cycle or birdwatch on the Levels; fish; hit the beach (just 5 miles away); visit Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar Gorge; or outlet shop at Clarke’s Village. Finish the day with a BBQ, or sitting around the fire pit or in the hot tub as the sun goes down.

Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. This is the perfect opportunity to get away from it all, do a digital detox, unwind and relax in pure linen sheets. Listen to bird song, the buzzing of the bees, watch a passing deer, or just sit by the fire-pit gazing at the stars. Bathroom hut has hot shower & compost loo. This is a beautiful area to explore on the edge of the Somerset Levels.

The Barn

The Barn is a unique 4 - bedroom rustic conversion comprising of real wood floors, roof beams and exposed brickwork. Nestled in the picturesque Somerset levels with views of the Mendip Hills the Barn is an idyllic rural getaway. The Barn benefits from 4 main bedrooms, and can sleep up to 10 people. There is also a snug with a double sofa bed and open fireplace. An open plan living space with log burner, a large dining area , laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen. Ample seating

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.
