I chose the town as a base to visit the beauties around. Altamura offers in itself a fantastic historic center and many interesting opportunities... our initial destination was Matera, which is about 15 km away and very easy to reach and then visit Alberobello and other beautiful places. I definitely recommend this location if you want to stay at home in tranquility, then the large terrace !! Really ok!!

Clean and everything is ready. Prospero is a person who solves everything right away. I had a comfortable stay, the restaurants and cafes they introduced were great, and the matera was an extremely satisfying city.

Everything is perfect and as shown in the photos and description. Terrazza Appia is a recently renovated, quiet, clean and complete with all services. Carlo is a kind and always available host, ready to meet every need and provide advice in the area. Great experience! If you are looking for a place in Potenza, I highly recommend it.

Very well located apartment close to the city center without being in the tourist center. we were able to park without problem on the street. we were like at home..with two bathrooms, luxury!

Enjoyable stay at Carmela's place. Just outside but beautiful beaches can be reached by car in a few minutes.

We loved Teresa’s flat, perfect for a 2 night stay for a couple! The flat was super cosy, fresh and clean, the bed was vedy comfortable and the location nice in a cosy small town. The balcony was wonderful for breakfast! Teresa was super friendly and always ready to help🩷

Our stay at Patrizia's place was beautiful. Her home in the Sassi of Matera is beautiful and tastefully furnished. We loved everything to find some breakfast items included in the price. Everything is wonderful, highly recommended. Communication with Patrizia was also always easy and friendly. 😊

I stayed for 1 month at Anastasia's Airbnb. The place is well equipped, has everything you need to cook something if necessary. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are a good size, ideal for a couple. The apartment is within walking distance of the city's top sights and universities. Anastasia welcomed me very warmly and was punctual, I highly recommend it. I also recommend trying the Barense focaccia from the Magda bakery, which is a few blocks away.

Amazing ! I've stayed here a few times, good time as always! He is really kind and helpful, area is close to center. Front of house there is a market, pharmacy, tailor, bars, anything you need. I will definitely stay here next time!

I had a wonderful time in Sandra's apartment. The garden is splendid, I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it to the fullest. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, even a huge private parking! I highly recommend for those who want to get away from Bari and find tranquility.

A beautifully renovated apartment in a large old building..: communication went very smoothly... the were already allowed to bring our luggage before check-in time. Very nice. Within walking distance of downtown.

Gabriella’s place was wonderful, very welcoming, clean and tidy! The bed was super comfy and bathroom very clean. The air con worked well which was very much needed and Gabriella was one of the most communicative hosts I have had. She was very pro active and friendly from the beginning and gave clear check in/out instructions, sent us recommendations and was very responsive. Only con is it was about a 20 min walk from the centre of Bari which was quite intense in the heat. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

I stayed here for three nights and had a smooth experience overall. Andrea was responsive and helpful, and self check-in was easy and efficient. The apartment is centrally located, just a 12-minute walk from Bari Centrale train station and about 10 minutes from both the waterfront and the historic old town. Be prepared for five flights of stairs—a good cardio workout! The living room is compact but practical, while the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a four-burner gas stove, oven, and a pleasant dining area. A washing machine is also available. Heating comes from a wall-mounted unit that warms the space effectively; while there are wall furnaces, they do not appear to be in use. The bed is comfortable with a cozy comforter, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. The neighborhood is rustic, working-class, and densely populated, offering an authentic local experience. Bari itself is full of life, and the people are welcoming—making this a vibrant place to explore.
