Lovely flat, very clean, comfortable bed, great parking. Sonia was a very pleasant host and will look to stay again next time I am in Basildon.

Renate was super friendly and responsive. She gave clear info and helped me with local knowledge. I had an issue with the train when arriving and her daughter very kindly picked me up which was over and above expectations and I was very grateful. Cosy place with lovely clean bathroom. Loved Lizzy the dog too! Would recommend.

We had a truly wonderful experience staying here! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local shops and attractions. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, always ready to help with any questions we had. It felt like a home away from home.
