The apartment is in a quiet street with view on Matthauskirche and only few steps away from restaurants and bars. Buses and trams are 2 minutes far by foot, and the Rhein only 5 mins distant. Short driving distance also from the airport (15 min) and Badischer Bahnhof. The apartment has 2 bedrooms available for guests, one of them with private balcony.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

Special studio with privacy . You will be staying in your own little house in the green, but at the same time close to the city. This includes a garden seating area. The small living room is on the ground floor , the bed is on a gallery. So some sportiness is necessary. Location: In the beautiful village center of Muttenz, easily accessible from Basel by train, tram, bus. Great for ART BASEL visitors and exhibitors. Free parking!

Small but nice

My house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Basel (Hirzbrunnen); you can be downtown in a few minutes by tram or bike; I live in a modern and minimalist style. Reasonable sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with electricity storage) is important to me; my own parking space directly in front of the house is included in the rent.

A cozy and quiet flat. 15mins with tram to Art Basel. 15 mins walk to the train station(SBB). Bequeme und ruhige Wohnung. 5 min. bis zur Tramhaltestelle, 15 min. zu Art Basel mit Tram, 15 min. zu Fuss bis zum Bahnhof.
