Unique Loft in Former Photo Studio + Basel Card

The small loft is located in the rear building on the first floor of my former photo studio. It’s simple, cozy, and clean, with everything arranged in one open space featuring a double bed, walk-in shower, and small toilet. The loft has an unconventional character and is best suited for easygoing guests who enjoy creative and unique spaces. I built this loft myself during the Corona years for visiting friends and family. It may not be perfect, but guests have loved it ever since.

Special studio with privacy. You will stay in your own small house in the countryside, but at the same time close to the city. This includes a garden seating area. The small living room is on the ground floor, the bed is on a gallery. So some athleticism is necessary. Location: In the beautiful village center of Muttenz, easily accessible from Basel by train, tram, bus. Perfect for ART BASEL visitors and exhibitors. Free parking!

My house is modernly furnished and offers space for 3 people. A large shaded seating area is included. Sustainability (solar thermal energy, photovoltaics with storage) is important to me. A private car park directly in front of the house is also included.
