New stylish old building apartment above the rooftops of the city - with views of the Black Forest, Jura and Vosges - on a traffic-calmed street. Close to the train station, well connected by public transport. In the lively district of Gundeldingen with various restaurants and shops, including urban infrastructure. The two-story apartment has a new fully equipped fitted kitchen, a small balcony on the 4th floor as well as a kitchenette (including fridge, washing machine & dryer) and a large roof terrace on the 5th floor.

Mini loft with terrace on the top floor

The loft is sunny almost all the time. Messe, Art Basel, center, Rhine promenade, restaurants, cafés, Lädeli, market and supermarkets are just nearby. Both train stations are right on our bus line. The airport is 30 minutes away or 10 minutes away. The terrace leads to the huge green quiet courtyard. The handling of the house is pleasant and warm. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and granite surfaces. The Casper bed has a top-notch mattress.

Big, bright & modern city getaway near Basel SBB

Free Transport via Basel Card and free high speed WIFI. Modern apartment with balconies, city view, and fully fitted kitchen with herbs/spices, teas/coffees & access to my food larder. Very close to Basel SBB shops, restaurants, supermarkets, countryside and parks. The river Rhine is 25 minute stroll. A unique surprise awaits each guest in the form of a welcome basket in the entrance hall as I believe in ALWAYS putting the customer at the center of whatever I do.

Large, bright old town apartment

The large and bright flat is located on the third and fourth floors. If you want to experience the city up close, the flat on Spalenberg is ideally located. It is a 2-minute walk to the market square and another 2 minutes to the Rhine. If you want to go to the cinema or theatre in the evening, everything is within walking distance. The flat is divided over 2 floors and is very quiet.
