A new building (built in 2020) for 2 people with lots of comfort and extras. In the living room, an open fireplace (simulated fire using the latest lighting technology and steam) ensures a cozy atmosphere. The two fold-out armchairs invite you to spend long evenings reading. Smart TV. A modern heat pump provides additional warmth in winter and pleasant coolness in summer. The large window front in the living room offers a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, is heated by underfloor heating and also has a washing machine. In the very well-equipped kitchen you will find everything your heart desires. From a dishwasher and baking utensils to a microwave, everything is available. On the large, south-facing terrace there is an outdoor barbecue and seating, as well as a sturdy parasol. Around the corner, under the open sky and yet shielded from the outside world, a heated whirlpool invites you to relax. The house is 150m from a natural lake. The bathing jetty of the vacation home "Nerbjärken" can also be used. Rowing boat is exclusive for guests of the vacation home "Nerbjärken". Fishing in the lake is not possible!

Summer dream close to Hultsfred and Vimmerby

A classic cottage with a lot of culture and a sense of tradition that was added with a modern kitchen and bathroom section. Fantastic location in the middle of the Småland fields and meadows. The cottage is connected to the village of Sönnerhult but in a private location so you only see the village from a distance. Suitable for everyone in a village that has everything from Astrid Lindgren's world to excursion destinations in the Hultsfred Festival's tracks. In the nearby area, there is an elk park, swimming areas, summer cafes, adventure park, Emil i Lönnebergas Katthult and farm shops.

Welcome to Villa Fridhem, a house with a preserved soul and period charm. Here, calm and simplicity prevail, surrounded by greenery and tranquillity. The lush garden invites you to relax, and the wood-burning stove spreads warmth as you sink into a soft armchair. Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Summer idyll with its own lake plot

Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location by the lake Solnen is rented.
 Only 15 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby. The house is located very beautifully and undisturbed with large lake plot, private swimming area and jetty. Perfect to 1-2 families. Here you have a fantastic view of the lake and idyllic surroundings in the small Småland village of Solnebo. In short walking distance there is a very child-friendly swimming area. Stay in a rural setting in a large house with park-like garden. Suitable for one or more families to stay together (in the same company). 10 beds are included in the base price - if more are required: ask in booking. Large kitchen with all equipment you could wish for. You have four bedrooms where you can choose how to distribute your number of beds (two downstairs in the file and two separate upstairs). Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, white, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. The house offers all comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

A tasteful cottage! Double bed at sleeping room, up to five madrasses on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, washing machine, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames & books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. The farmhouse in Mariannelund

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the farmhouse Emil's friend Alfred lived in, but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forest. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.
