Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bartlett

Claudia was an awesome host and very responsive. We had a good night stay in a nice private bedroom with private bathroom. We really appreciated her hospitality with breakfast food that was left out so kindly for us. Although it was such a brief stay on our road trip, we will consider staying here again in the future if we are in the area!

The location could not have been better with gorgeous views and easy to get to all of the activities we wanted to do! The accommodations were just what we needed, and we loved the games they had!

We’ve stayed at Claudia’s twice now and have had great experiences! The spot is clean and comfortable and it’s great to have breakfast included.

Christie and Richie’s hosting was awesome. They were so friendly and responsive. Felt like home :) The house and the surroundings were pretty and beautiful. Loved playing with BO. Couldn’t get hold of Bailey but Irish was playful. It was a lovely and a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at Sue’s place. It was myself, husband, our 5month old baby, my mom, and 2 dogs! There was plenty of room. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed. The area was great to walk the dogs and the baby. Just a short walk to town which was awesome! Sue was great communicating about things at the house. We will definitely book there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this family farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and great communicators. The house is on a quiet residential street. We had everything we needed - fans, kitchen utensils and gadgets, linens, and towels. It was nice to stay at a place that the owners stay in because there were comfort and convenience items (like lamps in the right places, comfortable seating arranged for group conversation, coasters, throws) that are often overlooked in places that are set up solely for AirBnb rentals. Lots of games - the big room would be perfect for families with active children.

I don't think we could find anything WRONG with The Samuel O'Reilly House if we tried. We stay at a lot of places and this one goes on our favorites list. The host was immediately responsive, the house was beautiful and unique, and there's nothing like Waneeta and her personality and cooking. We'll ABSOLUTELY be back during the summer months.

The Samuel O’Reilly House is a beautifully artistic and unique bed & breakfast. The two rooms we stayed in had a charming steam engine design that was both fun and cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we truly appreciated the chef’s thoughtful preparation of breakfast and leaving the entire kitchen open for us. The common areas, decorated with a lovely Christmas theme, made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the White Mountains!

Our stay at Snowvillage Inn was better than we could have ever asked for. The amenities were plentiful and our room was cozy and clean. Jen and staff were all friendly and accommodating and the food at Max’s was delicious. The holiday theme and decorations across the Inn and the mixed with the weekend snow made for a perfect winter wonderland weekend. Highly recommend staying at this amazing Inn!

We LOVED the Samuel O’Reilly House! We intend to visit Conway/North Conway for longer at some point in the future, and we will definitely be booking here again. All of the rooms are themed, and we stayed in the Captains Quarters on the third floor. The interior design was cozy, unique, and innovative. The front porch was lovely, as were all of the common areas; everything was very clean. There was a private chef in the mornings that creates a small menu and makes any of those options for you. The food was creative and exquisite. There were homemade baked goods on the front table at all times. The mountain view from the backyard area was gorgeous, and there was a little path that led to the river. We had a medical alert service dog with us and they were very accommodating of that. Our stay at Jason's place was fantastic - check-in was flexible and easy, the property was easy to find and convenient to the surrounding area, the room was cozy, comfortable, and peaceful, and breakfast the next morning was exceptional. Jason was a responsive host, his breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and his chef Wanita is an excellent cook. We won't hesitate to return the next time we visit the area!

Such a lovely bed and breakfast! We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Jason was kind, responsive, and felt like a friend. He waited for us to accommodate our late check-in and was very accessible via the Airbnb app. The house and room were very cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. I loved how the room had a patio, fireplace, and jacuzzi. The bed was super comfy as well. We loved waking up to mountain views, and the breakfast was delicious. Would recommend Jason’s place to everyone!
