Holiday rentals with beach access in Bartlett

Great space, plenty big enough and loved that it was above the Cafe. There was a snow storm while we were there and our hosts were super nice and gave us battery operated lights in the event of power outages. Would 100% go back again when in the area.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Awesome place, very clean and had everything needed for a good time. Only drawback is that the key card stopped working at one point (not fault of host). Luckily I had my phone and car keys with me. If I would have left them inside it would have been a 20 minute walk at night in the cold to get a replacement. The resort should look into this issue. Overall great place.

Bob was a super responsive host and the place was great for access to the mountain and a ski weekend. Shuttle service or a short drive yourself. I would recommend checking in on Friday (we did Saturday) just because the managing company isn't open on weekends and if you need something it will get there, but takes a bit longer. Place was great and spacious for us and our kiddo to enjoy the mountain and unwind. Access to the health club/pool was a huge plus for a swim after a day on the slopes.

Great stay. Easy self check-in, the host was super responsive about minor questions, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is very kid friendly, there's a nice playground across the street, a beach and mini shopping plaza, and an athletic club (passes were $50/day for families) all within a 5 minute walk. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy and had a welcoming atmosphere. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short drive to Stone Mountain Arts Center. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Thank you Rebecca and Bradford.

We couldn’t love our stay anymore! It was perfectly located on the lake for our 11 year old who loves to fish. With incredible views, we couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Neighbors were great. Very easy stay. We’d love to visit again!

We had a fun family weekend in beautiful North Conway. There was plenty of space and room for every couple to have privacy yet a large common area we could all be together. The neighborhood was peaceful and and easy walk to the common path to the river. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. We would go back and will recommend to our friends! Cindy

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and t Lauren’s space truly felt like a home. The layout was perfect for gathering as a family, and there were so many homey touches that made the vibe feel warm for our family. The location is amazing, and Lauren was a responsive and helpful host. We loved it!

We loved staying in this home! Tamara was wonderful to work with and extremely communicative and responsive. The house was clean and well stocked! It was extremely dog friendly with a fenced in yard and the house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was great and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! let me start out by saying this house is exactly as described and depicted on the website. plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 bigger kids. enough seating space, kitchen utensils, linens, towels. the game room was a big hit for the old and young boys. the moms lived the warm, cozy sunroof. the house has great windows with lots of light. it was spotlessly clean. a snowplow took care of the storm..plowing and shoveling several times..Judith was easy to work with. instructions , as well as things to do, were available in a binder. we had a great week and all hope to come back here.

The house is awesome: lake view, lake direct access, large kitchens, someone plowed the driveway after the snow storms. We had a great stay, did ice skating on the lake, kings pine ski center is family friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that the host had gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, a fully stocked kitchen. A lovely place to get away with pure peaceful and quiet. Wonderful home, sad we only stayed 2 days. Next time we would like to stay at least 5 to 7 days. The board games and pool table were a nice bonus. The sauna and jacuzzi made the trip extra wonderful. I love that every room had a light dimmer, so you could set the mood and not have bright lights on. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat!

Wonderful and cozy cabin! Easy access, spotless, and fully stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and basics you might need to cook a great meal. Host was responsive and gave excellent local recommendations. Will definitely be booking again.

This house was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. It was a quiet calm neighborhood overlooking the frozen pond and was very cozy. I will say our only issues with it were the fact that they stated the house would be “fully stocked” with kitchen necessities and we were pretty far from everything good to do. We weren’t expecting to have full groceries in the house or anything but the fridge and cabinets were almost completely empty except for almost finished condiments and some popcorn. Also the roads are no fault of the owners but the streets in the neighborhood have almost no street lights which made it terrifying to drive through at night. Despite those things our overall trip was great. The food in the area was great and the house was comfy and modern. I would recommend if you are comfortable driving quite a bit.

My family of 4 loved our stay at Abbey's. The place was well equipped with towels, blankets, and toiletries, as well as supplies needed for young children (the games were a plus! my kids couldn't stop playing bingo). The kitchen was a good size for the four of us, and it was helpful to have a dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker when we didn't feel like going out to eat. I recommend checking into this place during the day - we circled the property a bunch trying to find the home (the buildings are not well lit in the dark), but we eventually figured everything out from Abbey's clear instructions. We will definitely stay at this place again when we are in the area.

Perfect for the spring skiing long weekend me and my teens were looking for—great TVs, puzzle space, cozy, clean and newly done. Did some cooking and we had everything we needed! Bed and convertible couch were comfy and condo did not want for anything. Short walk to Attitash lifts and close drive to other ski resorts as well. Scenic hiking right outside and a bar/restaurant right there when we did not want to drive off-property. Dan was very responsive…it never seemed a bother to reach out with a question. Front desk was accessible and accommodating when we had questions or needed extra bedding. Check-in after hours was perfect and easy to access. We could not have hoped for a better experience!

Tony was on top of all my questions. My plans changed a couple times and Tony was right there answering my concerns. When I checked in, the electronic locks were recently installed and the front desk was on it until I had a key card that worked. The video that Tony published was fantastic for knowing what to expect. This was my first experience with Air BNB and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tony and Attatash Mountain Resort!!

We had a great weeklong stay with 2 young kids over February vacation. The condo was perfect - comfortable, well-appointed, close to the mountain, and plenty of space to relax and play. Allee is an excellent host - she was very responsive and reached out proactively with helpful information. We loved our stay and plan to return.

Located at the base of Attitash mountain resort, the condo was exactly as described and as pictured. We had a lovely stay. The outdoor hot tub was awesome and there was plenty of parking. The unit is clean and cozy, perfect for a little weekend getaway. And there was plenty of mirrors which was great for everyone getting ready at the same time! I would say if you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the condo, this probably isn’t the best choice for you as it’s on the smaller side but for our needs it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again: It was very clean, decluttered, spacious, and nicely appointed. The narrow stairs to the twin bedroom was a hit with the kids. The gas fireplace and heat lamps in the bathroom were nice and kept us feeling cozy. The building seems old and there was obvious wear and tear, but nothing was too excessive or that big a turn off. There's a lot of stairs but we liked being on the 2nd and 3rd floor. I imagine it's quite noisy on lower floors. From the master bedroom you could hear people in the entryway very well, though it didn't bother us too much. I had to turn the heater off in the bedroom to sleep because it was so noisy. (There is a secondary electric heater in the room that could serve as a backup I assume.) Access to the pool and hot tubs was fun for the kids. Shirley's communication was timely, clear, and kind. Overall it was a great place for our family of 4 to stay for a weekend of skiing a Attitash and would recommend!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!
