Holiday rentals with breakfast in Carroll County

K&V Farm is a beautiful home away from home. Vicki is a very warm and welcoming host, makes you feel like family. Home was spotless and well decorated. Loved the coffee bar and home baked goodies every morning.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julie's lakeside home for Father’s Day weekend. The setting was serene, with beautiful views of the water, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. The home was well-equipped and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a memorable stay. Julie was a fantastic host, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the peaceful ambiance and thoughtful touches throughout the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lakeside retreat!"

Claudia was an awesome host and very responsive. We had a good night stay in a nice private bedroom with private bathroom. We really appreciated her hospitality with breakfast food that was left out so kindly for us. Although it was such a brief stay on our road trip, we will consider staying here again in the future if we are in the area!

My second stay in another lovely room with a private bathroom. April is such a welcoming host, and her place is incredibly well-cared for and stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommended!

Christie and Richie’s hosting was awesome. They were so friendly and responsive. Felt like home :) The house and the surroundings were pretty and beautiful. Loved playing with BO. Couldn’t get hold of Bailey but Irish was playful. It was a lovely and a memorable stay!

The place is in a beautiful location and Claudia was a great host. We got dinner recommendations and even got to meet some of her family members! Great views around the house too

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The views are stunning, with crystal-clear water and a private beach that our dogs absolutely loved. The trail right off the property was convenient and a peaceful walk. The home was spotless and fully stocked with every amenity you could think of. Julie has truly thought of everything to make guests feel at home, including a thoughtful basket of snacks that was such a nice touch. There were plenty of games for rainy days, and we especially enjoyed the pool table. Check-in was seamless, and communication was clear and responsive throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and highly recommend!

Sally was so nice and very attentive throughout our stay!! The homemade breads, muffins and cookies were an added treat! Definitely recommend staying with Sally if you’re ever in the area and looking for a place to stay!!

I don't think we could find anything WRONG with The Samuel O'Reilly House if we tried. We stay at a lot of places and this one goes on our favorites list. The host was immediately responsive, the house was beautiful and unique, and there's nothing like Waneeta and her personality and cooking. We'll ABSOLUTELY be back during the summer months.

Cranmore Mountain Lodge is a wonderful location. It was a short distance from the town. I loved the amenities and how friendly everyone that I interacted with was either over text or in person. I was asked in a text when I arrived if I had any food allergies for breakfast the following morning and I was honestly very impressed and appreciated of how Krista handled my food allergy to Gluten. She was very attentive not to put granola on my yogurt due to the fact that the packaging did not have a clear indicator of it being fully gluten free. My overall experience at CML was terrific and this will definitely be my go to spot to stay in North Conway.

Shirley was an amazing host! The unit we stayed in was SPOTLESS, so clean and fresh! The breakfast was delicious and Natasha, our server, was fantastic! We will definitely be back to stay.

Words can’t properly express how peaceful this location is, and what amazing hosts Victoria and George are. I was there for a quiet few days with my dog, and Victoria and George made it the most comfortable and serene experience. I recommend enjoying a lovely homemade lunch at the restaurant/post office/general store in town, then coming back to a fire that George creates for you, in their well appointed living room. Enjoy the sauna, reading room, and views, and experience a get away like no other. I’ve already secured a return trip in a few months!

The Cranmore Mountain Lodge was a phenomenal place. It was the perfect place to relax after finishing a challenging hike! The breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Bonnie & Doug were the best hosts! Accommodations perfect for our needs. Large bedroom with sitting area, light & airy. Private full bath and private entrance. Very nice patio outside and a wonderful front porch/room where we had breakfast (delicious!) . Bonnie's recommendations for attractions & restaurants were great. We actually were able to see all the recommended attractions and loved them! Doug's pottery is beautiful and he showed us how he makes his spectacular lamps that he has on display in his store. Such good people who were very comfortable to be with. Shared good conversations. We would highly recommend this couple's B&B.

The Samuel O’Reilly House is a beautifully artistic and unique bed & breakfast. The two rooms we stayed in had a charming steam engine design that was both fun and cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we truly appreciated the chef’s thoughtful preparation of breakfast and leaving the entire kitchen open for us. The common areas, decorated with a lovely Christmas theme, made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the White Mountains!

Buddy’s place was incredible!!! The view from your room is gorgeous and breakfast will be the best you will ever have. Smooth check-in, communication, and parking. Wonderful company and conversation - plus, an adorable dog. :) Beautiful hikes only a 10 min drive away. We cannot wait to return again!
