Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Our holiday home is located in Apen, in the district of Godensholt. Surrounded by forests, water, moors, windmills and nature reserves, you will find peace and quiet here to relax from everyday life. Due to a convenient location it is only 50km to Holland and the North Sea coast. The spa town of Bad Zwischenahn is only a stone's throw away with about 12km distance. The city of Oldenburg is also not far away. The natural landscape is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing and relaxing.

This can be easily reached by passenger ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to take walks, bike tours, kayak tours and swim. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, the North Sea, etc.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! The "Thea" townhouse impresses with cosy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a cup of tea.

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 square meters plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

This is a vacation home right on Lake Harkebrügger. This invites you to swim, relax, sail or stand upp paddle. There is free wi-fi here. We have 3 free parking spaces right in front of the house. The light-filled living area is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. At the generous dining table there is enough space for all guests and you can enjoy the view of the lake. A private lounge corner invites you to. Outdoor shower !

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1 floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoß, unten wohne ich und mein Partner. Das Bad ist mit Sauna und asiatisch angehaucht. Nichtraucherwohnung. Nur 1 km ist der erste/zweite Supermarkt entfernt. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.

We rent our cute vacation home in Aurich / East Frisia in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from downtown. Although the former bakery is only 22 m², it is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers.
