Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

This wonderful new 120-square-metre attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The spacious room of about 45 m² is located in the annex and has a separate entrance. A double bed and sofa bed for a maximum of 3 guests including shower, toilet No cooking facilities but a café & restaurant next door This centrally located vacation room has its own terrace with park views on the small river. Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors

Fishing is also possible on Lake Rahm with a fishing license.
