Ein magischer Ort, die Hütte liegt inmitten der Natur an einem wunderschönen Teich. Die Kombination aus Natur und Komfort sucht seinesgleichen. Die Hütte ist in liebevoller Arbeit entstanden und ist neu gebaut. Das Ziel war es modernen Komfort (WLAN, warmes Wasser und bequeme Betten) im rustikalen Stil zu bieten. New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity is four adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.
