Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

Portreath is a village and fishing port on the north coast of Cornwall. Portreath is about three miles northwest of Redruth and has a harbour and is a Sandy beach cove. Portreath has several pubs that serve tasty food and local drinks. There is a bakery, corner shop, several take always and a few cosy cafes too that serve drinks, cakes and light lunches. There are 2 bedrooms.

The space is a one open plan with fully fitted kitchen, dinning area and separate shower room. The property is south facing with plenty of light, hum of occasionally passing train and sometimes industrial noise from nearby aggregate company.
