Condo holiday rentals in Bari Sardo

Soggiorno purtroppo breve , è una casa che per la comodità e gli accessori vale la pena vivere anche per lunghe vacanze . Non ho mai trovato una casa più pulita e comoda in tutti i miei viaggi , comodissima anche per famiglie ( la cameretta dei bimbi che noi non abbiamo usato essendo solo in due è bellissima ) profumo di pulito ovunque , letto comodissimo con scelta di cuscini , bagno impeccabile con addirittura la piastra per capelli. Bevande fresche disponibili in frigo per l'arrivo , graditissime . Tantissimi opuscoli turistici informativi molto utili , DVD disney carinissimi per i bimbi ( ma anche per gli adulti 😅 ) . La sign.ra Rosalba di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche 💜 speriamo di tornare da lei per visitare ancora questa zona meravigliosa con ogni comodità offerta dalla casa 💜

What an amazing location with gorgeous view overlooking the town. The apartment had evening we needed including beach umbrella and a cool bag. Magarita gave lots of recommendations and communicated well. I will say that check-in could have been slightly clearer. We did arrive at 11pm in the middle of a massive storm which didn’t help. But perhaps some arrows on the images shared pointing towards key parts of the images? We were not given an apartment number or anything, only an apartment floor but Magarita replied very quickly when we asked. I am not sure if there was meant to be a number or name on the apartment door (and it had been accidentally removed??) but there was nothing on the door to indicate it was the right one! I will also say that the bed was quite hard and were given 1 flat pillow each. My neck and back hurt most mornings. I understand that this is down to preference though!

Abbiamo soggiornato per un mese e la casa era perfetta, con tutto il necessario (e anche di più) per il nostro lungo soggiorno. Milina è stata un’ospite eccezionale, sempre molto attenta e disponibile. All’inizio abbiamo avuto un problema con internet, e lei ha fatto davvero di tutto per risolverlo il più rapidamente possibile. Lavoriamo da remoto e siamo riusciti a farlo per tutto il mese senza problemi grazie al suo aiuto. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto, sia per la tranquillità che per la vicinanza a Cala Gonone e ad altri luoghi spettacolari

posizione incantevole e ineguagliabile fianco spiaggia. casa adeguata per 4 persone negli spazi interni... Cucina piccolina ma adatta alle esigenze, Wifi servizio in più adeguato.

Bellissima esperienza! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, posto ideale per stare in vacanza in totale relax. L'appartamento pulito e intimo, indipendente, arredato in stile modernissimo, funzionale, curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutti comfort,di tutti i servizi essenziali( lavatrice, biancheria, lenzuola, olio, caffè, cartigienica ect) dove regna la pace più assoluta. Si trova in pieno centro storico a Loceri, piccolo borgo autentico, con tantissimi murales da ammirare e fotografare. Spiaggie incantevoli a pochi minuti d'auto, parchi, boschi e incursioni da fare a pochi km dalla struttura, insomma punto strategico per visitare l'Ogliastra. Rossano host impeccabile, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli su dove parcheggiare sia per i posti da visitare nei dintorni, ci ha fatto trovare una torta fatta in casa, extra e a nostra disposizione ombrellone, sedie da mare e racchette...che dire il top!! Ovviamente consigliatissimo!!!

Sehr gut aussgestattete und geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Badezimmer waren sehr modern und vor allem in der Küche war ausreichend Geschirr etc. vorhanden. Sandro und Carmen waren immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in Baunei und damit perfekt zwischen Meer und Bergen. Für uns war gerade die Nähe zu den tollen Wanderungen entscheidend (eine kurze Wanderung startet sogar direkt in Baunei). Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet, hell und hat einen tollen Ausblick aus den Fenstern der Küche. Gian Marco hat immer direkt reagiert und trotz unserer fehlenden Italienisch Kenntnisse, hat die Kommunikation gut geklappt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier wirklich nur empfehlen :)

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke also wirklich zum Empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöne überdachte Veranda. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto einen richtig langen Sandstrand, der an einen Pinienwald grenzt. Restaurants sind genügend auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Arbatax ist richtig gemütlich und wenn man mehr will, fährt man einfach ums Eck nach Tortoli. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!

Abbiamo soggiornato 12 giorni nell appartamento di Rita,ci siamo trovati veramente bene,casa pulita dotata di tutto il necessario,Rita e' stata molto gentile nell accoglierci dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie,ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo! Sicuramente quando torneremo in questa zona terremo presente questa casa, vicinissima al centro e alle bellissime spiagge!!!

Wir haben Sardinien im April besucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Das Check-In war einfach und flexibel, die Räume gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Großer Pluspunkt waren natürlich die Nähe und der Ausblick zum Meer sowie der private Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation mit Milena von ByNos war einfach und unkompliziert, sie war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat gute Tipps gegeben.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

A lovely stay - thank you. Would gladly recommend to others. Clean, bright and modern apartment. We had a few issues with loss of power and connectivity but the host was super quick to sort them out. Perfect location and plenty of space. The only one thing I'd suggest is to leave a hoover for easier cleaning up after the beach. Thanks again!! 😊

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Posizione perfetta: in pieno centro ma, allo stesso tempo, molto silenziosa. Pulizia eccellente e ottima colazione.Camere curate,Host che gestisce il b&b con professionalità e cortesia, quando tornerò a Nuoro certamente dormirò di nuovo qui.

L'appartamento di Gianfranco è in centro, in posizione molto comoda a due passi a piedi dal supermercato. Nonostante le dimensioni c'è davvero tutto, anche la lavatrice, e il letto è comodissimo. Purtroppo abbiamo beccato una settimana intera di pioggia, il che ha fatto sì che fosse un po' umido, visto che è esposto su un lato solo. Nel complesso però siamo stati molto bene.

Such a beautiful spot right next to everything you could want - delicious restaurants, delicious beaches, delicious everything! Graziella was extremely helpful and came to meet us at the free parking spot and help us carry our bags to the accomodation - you get a sea view and everything is within 5 minutes walk. What a beautiful place to stay and such great hosts, we will be back :D

This beautiful apartment has a spectacular view of the hills and countryside around Tortoli. It is a short walk to the supermarket and very easy to find from the main road. Gianfranco was welcoming with very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The pool area is calm and relaxing, surrounded by lovely gardens. A great base to explore the area. The welcome pack of Sardinian sweets were delicious!

Nous avions initialement un autre airbnb, duquel nous avons quitté car nous étions très déçus J’ai trouvé cette perle rare le jour même, j’ai eu une grande chance de le trouver Quartier adorable Excellents restaurants Allions tous les matins au Bellavista bio café délicieux Geppo’s pizza excellent Épicerie CRAI juste à côté Logement robuste propre Très bonne air climatisée Lit très confortable Magnifique paysage Piscine incroyable Calme Très bien entretenu Sécuritaire, avec guérite Gianfranco et son personnel, d’une grande gentillesse, très serviable Nous allons revenir certainement Merci pour tout !!!

Wir hatten ganz wunderbare Tage bei Rita. Sehr gastfreundlich, aufmerksam, schöner Pool und toller Service: Handtuchwechsel, Frühstück, Kommunikation. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände (ca. 15-20 Minuten). Unser liebster Strand war Spiaggia Cea mit feinem Sand und netter Bar. Restauranttipp: Mullò in Triei

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Es war wunderschön in der Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

Merveilleuses vacances d'un mois à Tortoli. Ambiance "campagne" en bord de mer. Tout était parfait ! Plages de sable blanc, eaux cristallines, peu de monde. Bonnes trattorias, excellentes glaces et pizzerias (très bon marché) juste à côté de la maison. De très beaux sites nuragiques à quelques kilomètres. Le logement de Stefano est très agréable (et encore plus joli même que sur les photos). Les pièces sont grandes et tout est très bien entretenu, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie quotidienne. Stefano et ses parents sont aux petits soins pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible. Une famille adorable! GRAZIE MILLE ! ! !

What a great spot and a wonderful host. The property towers over Tortoli with views of the valley and the mountains all around. Absolute peace and privacy in a lovingly landscaped and well-kept property. Thank you, Gianfranco, for being a great host, your small attentions and recommendations as well asalways being helpful.
