Condo holiday rentals in Bari Sardo

Unfortunately short stay, it is a house that for the comfort and accessories is worth living even for long vacations. I have never found a cleaner and more comfortable house in all my travels, very comfortable even for families (the children's room that we did not use being only two is beautiful) clean scent everywhere, very comfortable bed with choice of pillows, impeccable bathroom with even a hair straightener. Fresh drinks available in the fridge for arrival, very welcome. Lots of very useful informative tourist brochures, very nice Disney DVDs for kids (but also for adults😅). Mrs. Rosalba is uniquely kind and helpful, 💜 we hope to return to her to visit this wonderful area again with every comfort offered by the house 💜

What an amazing location with gorgeous view overlooking the town. The apartment had evening we needed including beach umbrella and a cool bag. Magarita gave lots of recommendations and communicated well. I will say that check-in could have been slightly clearer. We did arrive at 11pm in the middle of a massive storm which didn’t help. But perhaps some arrows on the images shared pointing towards key parts of the images? We were not given an apartment number or anything, only an apartment floor but Magarita replied very quickly when we asked. I am not sure if there was meant to be a number or name on the apartment door (and it had been accidentally removed??) but there was nothing on the door to indicate it was the right one! I will also say that the bed was quite hard and were given 1 flat pillow each. My neck and back hurt most mornings. I understand that this is down to preference though!

We stayed for a month and the house was perfect, with everything you need (and even more) for our long stay. Milina was an exceptional host, always very attentive and helpful. At first we had a problem with the internet, and she really did everything to solve it as quickly as possible. We work remotely and were able to do it all month without a hitch thanks to her help. We highly recommend this place, both for its tranquility and for its proximity to Cala Gonone and other spectacular places

Beautiful experience! We felt right at home, an ideal place to stay on vacation in total relaxation. The apartment is clean and intimate, independent, furnished in a very modern style, functional, with attention to detail, equipped with all the comforts, with all the essential services ( washing machine, linens, sheets, oil, coffee, cartigienica ect) where the most absolute peace reigns. It is located in the heart of the historic center of Loceri, a small authentic village, with lots of murals to admire and photograph. Lovely beaches a few minutes away by car, parks, woods and raids to do a few kilometers from the property, in short, a strategic point to visit Ogliastra. Rossano was an impeccable host, he gave us a lot of advice on where to park and for the places to visit nearby, he made us find a homemade cake, extra and at our disposal umbrella, beach chairs and poles...what to say the top!! Obviously highly recommended!!!

Very well equipped and spacious apartment in a quiet location. Bathrooms were very modern and especially in the kitchen there were plenty of dishes etc. Sandro and Carmen were always available when we had questions. All in all highly recommended.

The beautifully furnished apartment is located in Baunei and thus perfectly between the sea and the mountains. For us, the proximity to the great hikes was decisive (a short hike even starts directly in Baunei). The apartment itself is nicely decorated, bright and has a great view from the kitchen windows. Gian Marco always responded directly and despite our lack of Italian knowledge, communication worked well. We can really only recommend a stay here :)

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. Thanks again for everything!

We stayed 12 days in Rita's apartment, we really enjoyed it, clean house equipped with everything you need, Rita was very nice in welcoming us giving us all the necessary information, she also left us a bottle of fresh water in the fridge! Surely when we return to this area we will keep this house in mind, very close to the center and the beautiful beaches!!!

We visited Sardinia in April and were very happy with the place! Check-in was easy and flexible, the rooms cozy and equipped with everything you could need. Of course, the proximity and the view of the sea as well as the private parking space were a big plus. Communication with Milena from ByNos was easy and uncomplicated, she was super friendly, accommodating and gave good tips.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

A lovely stay - thank you. Would gladly recommend to others. Clean, bright and modern apartment. We had a few issues with loss of power and connectivity but the host was super quick to sort them out. Perfect location and plenty of space. The only one thing I'd suggest is to leave a hoover for easier cleaning up after the beach. Thanks again!! 😊

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Perfect location: in the center but, at the same time, very quiet. Excellent cleanliness and excellent breakfast. Curated rooms,Host who manages the b&b with professionalism and courtesy, when I return to Nuoro I will certainly sleep there again.

Gianfranco's apartment is in the center, in a very convenient location a short walk from the supermarket. Despite the size, there is really everything, even the washing machine, and the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, we caught a whole week of rain, which made it a little damp, since it is exposed on only one side. Overall, however, we were very well.

Such a beautiful spot right next to everything you could want - delicious restaurants, delicious beaches, delicious everything! Graziella was extremely helpful and came to meet us at the free parking spot and help us carry our bags to the accomodation - you get a sea view and everything is within 5 minutes walk. What a beautiful place to stay and such great hosts, we will be back :D

This beautiful apartment has a spectacular view of the hills and countryside around Tortoli. It is a short walk to the supermarket and very easy to find from the main road. Gianfranco was welcoming with very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The pool area is calm and relaxing, surrounded by lovely gardens. A great base to explore the area. The welcome pack of Sardinian sweets were delicious!

What can I say about this gem! We originally had another Airbnb, which we left because we were very disappointed. I found this gem the same day, I was very lucky to find it Lovely neighborhood. Great restaurants Went every morning to the delicious Bellavista organic café. Geppo's pizza is excellent CRAI grocery store right next door Robust, clean accommodation Very good air conditioning Very comfortable bed. Beautiful landscape Amazing pool Quiet Very well maintained. We had wonderful days at Rita's place. Very hospitable, attentive, nice pool and great service: towel change, breakfast, communication. There are very nice beaches in the area (about 15-20 minutes). Our favorite beach was Spiaggia Cea with fine sand and nice bar. Restaurant tip: Mullò in Triei

A very successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Clean and well-maintained pool. Superb beach indicated by Marcantonio. Responding to checkout: we were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thanks for the wine and homemade olive oil.

Wonderful one-month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right next to the house. Very beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even prettier even than in the photos). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is thought out to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

What a great spot and a wonderful host. The property towers over Tortoli with views of the valley and the mountains all around.
