The Barn is close to popular Cotswolds spots like Blenheim Palace, Chipping Norton, Bicester Village, Silverstone & a perfect post-festival decompression bolt-hole.

Glebe Cottage is a charming Grade II listed detached stone country cottage in a tranquil no through road. This property is located in the picturesque village of Barford St Michael, which is nestled closely to the owner's home. The cottage has one super king sized bedroom and one double bedroom. The delightful interior provides a relaxed space of considerable character which has been beautifully and lovingly furnished providing the ideal getaway for pleasure. The lounge has wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Well equip kitchen with dining area and steps leading to garden room. Trifold doors in garden room lead out onto a large deck with outside furniture and steps to the secluded garden surrounded by trees with sunken seating area. Further down is a fenced pond and a separate games room.

The Old Calf Shed, situated in the heart of a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, has a beautifully calm atmosphere with relaxing interiors including a lovely wood burning stove in the open kitchen/living room. Fantastic rural views, parking for 4 cars, an outdoor seating area and 450 beautiful acres to explore. Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Duns Tew is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds, and is within 30 mins of Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester village.

Nestled in the corner of Barley Meadow at Spring Hill Farm, our Shepherd’s Hut offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and connect with nature. The hut features a modern en-suite, kitchenette, double bed, and a wood-fired hot tub outside the hut (added Oct 2024). Please note, there’s a 150-metre walk from the parking area, and as the hut is in a field, the path can get muddy—so come prepared!
