First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Private individual rents a one-bedroom apartment (T1 bis), ground floor, living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and mezzanine bedroom. You will have access to a terrace and private parking. The apartment is 15 minutes from Bayonne, 30 minutes from Biarritz and the beaches, and 2 lakes with fun games are just 5 minutes away in Guiche and Sames. The apartment will be available on 06/01/2026. Several options are available, from one night to a month . The price per night is €90 per night. 2-night minimum. In September each year.
