La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros. (Se aplicará el impuesto turístico en Cataluña 1€ persona/noche)

Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Bus from Barcelona to the village of Vilassar de Dalt, getting off at the last stop, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Take walks in the mountains with beautiful views. Direct access to the Tordera River that passes just below the house. 15 minutes from the town of Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Views, nature, disconnect.

The ceilings are sloping with a lot of charm, although some parts have a low height (rest area). Kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware, etc. IT DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE TO COOK! Full bathroom. Wi-Fi, Smart TV.
