As a legal tourist apartment we are obliged to collect the tourist tax upon arrival at the apartment. House rules • We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. • This decision was taken after the neighbors had experienced issues with the noise produced by some of the previous guests. • It's totally forbidden to make loud noise after 22:00 or to organize parties or events inside the apartment. Rooms in the Apartment • 3 double rooms: One room with a double bed (suite) // two rooms with two single beds. • Living room with a sofa, table and chairs. • 2 bathrooms with a shower. • Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, kettle, microwave (grill), coffee maker, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils (including: dishes, tableware, glasses, pots, etc.). This apartment has light, is practical and has everything you need to not miss your house. This apartment is designed for four people to coexist without getting hindered. You have two private bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a second with two twin beds. The balcony is the perfect complement to the natural light in the living room. It is designed for you to go out to take the air, read a little or just enjoy the climate of Barcelona from the barrier. A simple luxury, but much appreciated at the end of the day. No need to fill the suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, dryer or iron; here you will find everything. If you come with children or babies, let us know in time; if we have availability, we leave you a crib or a high chair so you don't have to carry the house on your back. Honestly, we don't think that with everything to see in Barcelona you need, but you have TV in case one night you decide that the best plan is just to stay and watch a movie. The apartment is yours while you are here so feel free to use everything you find. We want you to enjoy the apartment, but also take care of it as if it were your own (or better if it can be).
