Holiday rentals with a balcony in Barcelonès

Location, location, location! The apartment is perfectly located for exploring La Sagrada Familia, accessing the subway and catching a taxi. Despite it being a tourist area, there are many good restaurants in the area, and Laura provides excellent recommendations. There is a supermarket half a block away. Though the neighborhood is very busy during the day, it is quiet at night. The apartment is very comfortable with good beds and had everything we needed. Laura is an extremely responsive host and wants her guests to enjoy the apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Eli Agus’s place for 7 days and everything was as it was listed on their listing page. Agus was very responsive to our request and responded very quickly

We had a great time in Lali & Luis's apartment! The location was great and it was located in a very safe neighbourhood. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were extremely comfy and the showers were great. Would definitely recommend!

This place was amazing... a fantastic home for us for our short stay in Barcelona ..Phil & Fiona are very hospitable.. Very easy to communicate and clear check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect for families with small kids as the provide a cot and a high chair as well. Highly recommend this place 👌

The Apartment was absolutely stunning! Location could be better - in the middle of the main shopping area (high end and boutique), walkable to everything. Roberto was so great and helpful- responded immediately! Would 100% recommend and stay there again! Also, comfy beds/pillows and awesome powerful blow dryers for the ladies!!!!

Great apartment in a great location in Barcelona! Conveniently located near metro station and in walking distance to many POI, such as Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, and the Cathedral. Communication with Simona was excellent and check-in with the rep was good - accommodating when our plans changed, friendly, and timely. Without hesitation, the rep even carried one of our suitcases up the narrow stairs for us at check-in. The apartment was perfect for our family’s needs and for our five-night stay in Barcelona. The apartment was clean, spacious, and historically charming. We enjoyed relaxing in the space at the end of the day, playing cards and snacking on items purchased from a nearby market. The in-apartment washer and dryer was a great amenity used during our stay. The beds were comfortable and though you could hear people carrying on as they walked home late each night, it did not impact our ability to fall asleep completely and comfortably. We loved our stay at Simona’s apartment!

We like the neighbourhood, quiet yet has many places to explore. Rosaura is very friendly and her place is cute.

Overall a great place to stay. The villa was full equipped and the air on was extremely powerful. Most rooms were blacked out with shutters or blinds which also really helped in the heat. The pool and chill out areas were great. The villa was a bit further out than we expected 30 mins walk to sitges which was ok on the way down but steep on the way up. There are local buses often but this was more difficult for older ones to navigate. Easy to get taxis from Sitges more difficult to get them from the villa. Once you get a hang of it though it is very simple. Stu was very responsive and reliable.

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

The apartment was so comfy, looked exactly like the photos clean and cozy, the location was perfect, in the Heart of the town and Laia was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. I will stay again here.

Great property! Lots more space than the photos in fact, large outside area, big bedrooms and fully stoked kitchen. It is a little isolated so best to have a car or find local taxi companies (Manuel recommeded some). A bit of late night noise from all the dogs in the local area! But the surroundings are so beautiful and close to the cava region!

Great location, pristine apartment.

Looks exactly like pictures. Large apt in good location. While we were there work was being done on the front of the building. There was a large scaffolding on half, with work being done during the day. Lots of hammering and noise with no privacy for the front part of the house. Be sure to check ahead if there is work being done. Very large space, in an excellent location for exploring the city

We spent a few days here with our 2 sons and their partners. We loved everything about the place: the location was outstanding, just a couple blocks away from the Arc del Triomf. Walkable to anything we wanted to do and close to the metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself was immaculate. Very roomy for 6 people. Great big kitchen to hang out in. Lovely terrace in the back. All the amenities we needed. Our bedroom was off the kitchen and away from the other 2 bedrooms which was nice. Communication with Antoni was great! Check in and check out were very smooth and we had no issues during our stay. He was very helpful in giving us recommendations for places to eat and things to do, and all responses to inquiries were prompt. Definitely would stay here again!
