The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. Guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other amenities: private parking (upon prior request) ... €20 per day Come and enjoy! You'll have access to the entire apartment. The apartment has a base price for 4 people. Each additional person has a surcharge of €30/day. From the apartment you can walk to the main sites, although there are multiple connections by metro, bus and taxi a few meters from the apartment .... even to go to the Congress Fair If you walk 10/15 minutes you will arrive at: Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arco del Triumfo, Plaza Cataluña, Palacio de la Música, Catedral, several shopping areas... The apartment has a parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area, we will find other public parking lots. This apartment is located in a private housing development. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety, do not overload the elevators. Capacity for up to four people or two people plus two suitcases. Inviting people to the apartment who have not been previously identified at check-in is prohibited. The number of occupants must match the number of guests on the AIRBNB reservation. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

Vintage Concept Flat in Chic Neighbourhood

Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport.
