Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Dear guests, I am often not at home for work and offer my enchanting loft during this time, which invites you to relax and unwind thanks to its quiet location. In addition to a delicious morning coffee, the apartment offers plenty of light in great factory flair. The apartment is fully equipped with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a cozy sofa bed. You also have Internet in fiber optic speed (100Mbit) and a flat-screen TV. Guest towels and bedding are provided.

Gottesgnaden lockmaster farmstead

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Cozy little apartment - arrive and feel good

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a short bike ride – we have plenty of nature to offer and are happy to provide excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) with a view of the greenery is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps) with no lift. A 2-minute walk from the train station. Vacation home at Mosigkau Castle

Mosigkau Castle and the natural pool can be reached in a few minutes. The center of the Bauhaus city of Dessau-Rosslau is 8 km away and easily accessible via the nearby bus stop and well-developed bike paths. The apartment offers accommodation for 2 people, has a double bed in the living room (extra bed possible), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Parking is available and the garden can be used. No pets allowed.

A children's travel crib is available if needed.

After a loving renovation, small apartments have been created from the stable and barn. Special handmade wooden furniture shows my closeness to nature and love for the forest. Here you can relax perfectly or plan your trip by bike, train (station in the village) or car.

The apartment at Wasserturm 2 (approx. 35 m²) is ideal for couples or solo travelers. It offers a cozy bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchenette and a recliner chair. The historic house was lovingly renovated in 2025/2026 and combines charm with modern comfort. Shops, train station, bus stop and swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity.
