Air-conditioned with a 160*200 cm queen-size bed. No neighbours opposite our house and only one rental on our property. Studio with independent entrance, air-conditioned 30 m2 located close to the owners' house. This studio includes an attic bedroom on the mezzanine, with wooden milling ladder for access. The lower room includes 2 armchairs from where you will have a view of the garden and swimming pool, a TV and a desk. You will be alone because we have only one guest room!!!! For your information, the pool is not PRIVATE!! It is to be shared with the owners!! (2 people)
