Very bright house of 115 m² located in Barbâtre on the island of Noirmoutier, comprising a living space of 35 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy its enclosed garden, with terrace. The beach is 900 m away, shops are 15 minutes away by bike and 5 minutes away by car. Beautiful bike rides or walks are possible from the house to admire the ocean.

This is a beautiful renovated country house that opens onto a tree-lined garden of more than 2000 m². It is nestled in a cul-de-sac, quiet and close to the small path in the middle of the pines that will take you to the beach (350 m walk). The land is fully fenced and the terrace is south facing. You can even enjoy a brazier to warm up the slightly cool evenings...
